Completely moisturizing It has a transparent formula. I've purchased this product 2-3 times because I love it so much. It doesn't produce a lot of white foam like regular foam cleansers, but after cleansing, the skin feels comfortable and completely moisturized. It's an excellent morning cleanser.

The cleanser has a slightly creamy texture. It's easy to use, and when I roll it on my face with water and lather, I get a brief spa-like feeling that is healing for me. Previously, the pumping head came apart like it was torn, and I was left with 2/3 of the product. I was in a difficult situation. But the customer service was great! They explained it and sent me a sturdy replacement head. There are no other downsides. The texture, fragrance, and cleansing power were all good.

When pumping, too much product comes out. For dry skin types, it would be better to pump less and use it with plenty of water to lather it up gently. (This is a obvious point, but...) Or, you could mix in a few drops of an ampoule or jojoba oil when lathering to prevent it from being too drying.

I have sensitive skin and use mostly fragrance-free and gentle products, as the cleansing foams in the market are too strong, leaving my skin feeling tight and squeaky clean, taking away the little moisture I have left. That's why I use a cleansing gel, and I'm on my second bottle now. First of all, I don't get any breakouts, and after cleansing, there's less tightness and dryness, and it's almost fragrance-free, which I really like! My sensitive skin is doing well.

I was looking for a morning cleansing wash and decided to purchase one since the reviews were good and the price was reasonable. For morning cleansing, gel cleansers work best for me. The color is a bit strange, kind of like dirty water.. The fragrance reminds me of a sauna. There are some granular particles visible, but I didn't feel any irritation. After using it, I get a whitish, soft and moisturized feeling. Is it just my imagination? The name 'Sauna' makes me feel like I just came back from a sauna.
