  I've been using this shampoo for over 4 years, and it's the best match for me, so I keep using it. Previously, I used regular supermarket shampoos, but due to seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss concerns, I switched to this one. Compared to before, my hair loss has significantly decreased, which I'm very satisfied with, and my seborrheic dermatitis has also improved a lot. While products with high silicone content like polyquaternium can make hair soft, they can clog the scalp and cause blemishes. On the other hand, choosing products with less silicone can make the scalp too stiff, leading to hair loss when drying. This shampoo strikes a good balance - it doesn't make my hair too stiff and doesn't dry out my scalp. It has a slight cooling effect, and the scent is mildly herbal but fades quickly, so it doesn't linger. The price is relatively affordable, so I'm happy using it.

  There's not much to complain about, but if I had to say something, it would be nice if there were more variety in fragrances. I think it would be even better if they used some good natural fragrances to make the scent a bit richer.
