Gentle yet effective cleansing power. Removes makeup without irritating the skin. When you use a generous amount and massage it in, you can cleanse without any dry, tight feeling. Struggles with mascara... You need to rub your lashes with your fingers, which gets the product in your eyes. Unlike most cleansers that rinse off completely with water, this leaves your eyes feeling greasy, making you want to use eye makeup remover. While it seems to cleanse the skin well, it leaves behind a smooth residue, necessitating a double cleanse. I'm switching to an oil-to-foam cleanser because this is too much hassle. Pump twice when dispensing. I tried to be frugal by using just one pump, but it felt insufficient for a thorough cleanse. Oh, and the cap is a pain to open and close, so just toss it. You won't miss it, and it's actually more convenient without it.
