  I find that any mascara I use tends to smear. But I was so pleased that this one didn't smear at all. It had a lightweight formula. Since it's a washable type, it's easy to remove. This is the only mascara I've found so far that doesn't smear on me.

  This product is perfect for someone like me who really dislikes having clumped and smeared eyelashes from not applying makeup heavily enough. It coats each lash individually and cleanly. The first two coats go on nicely and cleanly, and from the third coat onward, it builds up nicely and thickly. It also washes off easily with just lukewarm water.
