It doesn't dry out my lips when I apply it. It seems to provide good moisturization. 1. Extremely moisturizing & doesn't fly away The lip balm performs its function very well. Once applied, it remains moisturized until you wipe it off. So if you apply it while sitting in the library, it will stay moisturized until you go home. 2. Portable It has a loop, so you can attach it to your bag and apply it whenever you remember to.
Cons
1. Transparent color I prefer colors that are either very vibrant or completely absent, but this is neither. As shown in the attached photo, it applies very transparently.
