I haven't used it for long, so I'm not sure about its effectiveness yet, but the pads are definitely larger than other brands, making them more convenient and pleasant to use. The pads aren't rough, so they don't irritate my skin. I'm quite satisfied with this product! I think I'll be using it often as a substitute for an exfoliating toner. It doesn't come with tweezers, so I'm using the ones from my previous pad product. Those without might find it a bit inconvenient. Also, while other brands' pads are usually soaked to the point of dripping, these pads absorb the essence from the start. They might be too dry to use as a mask. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 18, 2020
When soaked in toner, these absorb incredibly well. Applying to your face feels completely different compared to using your hands. At first glance, there seemed to be some lint. It was a bit concerning, but I still use them without issues. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2019
Quick 3-point summary: 1. Convenient and cost-effective (large-sized pads). 2. Makeup applies smoothly afterwards. 3. Absorbs quickly into the skin. 1. Scent: Slightly off-putting. Can't quite place the fragrance, but there's a subtle unfamiliar scent. However, it's only noticeable on the pad itself, so it's tolerable. 2. For those with very dry skin, additional skincare products should be used alongside these pads for maximum effectiveness. (Though I doubt anyone uses toner pads alone in their routine) Gently swipe these pads over your face before applying makeup, and you'll be amazed at how well your makeup goes on! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 15, 2019
Before using this product, I had only been using peeling pads. Then, as winter approached, I decided to try toner pads and purchased these. Comparing Monster Toner Pads & Monster Peeling Pads: I couldn't really notice much difference between the two products. I'm not sure if I missed something or if there truly isn't much distinction. While using them, I kept wondering if they were essentially the same. Both products provided hydration and left a slight rich feeling after use. They also helped remove impurities and refine skin texture. One minor difference might be that the toner pads don't seem to have the scent that the peeling pads do. Characteristics of Cos Pads: The container is large and so are the pads! This means you can thoroughly cleanse your entire face while the pad remains moist. *Note of caution: Once you start using these, you might find it hard to switch to other pads. I've gone through over 10 containers since I started using this product. Perhaps due to the lack of artificial fragrances, there's a slight rubber-like or bitter smell. Those sensitive to scents should avoid this product! For best results, store in the refrigerator before use! - rl**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2019
Monster Toner Pad effects? After cleansing, these toner pads are great for removing dead skin cells, makeup residue, and refining skin texture. They automatically help balance your skin. Cleansing power? They're excellent as a substitute for cleansing wipes when you're wearing makeup. They effectively remove all eye makeup except mascara, making them as powerful as cleansing water or wipes. They're also hydrating when applied right after washing your face. What sets them apart from other pads? They're larger than other toner pads, so you can cleanse your entire face with just a few swipes, making them perfect as an exfoliating toner. They're less likely to pill and the cotton fibers don't come loose, which is great if you have eyelash extensions. Gentle formula and application? Unlike many other pads that can be harsh, these are gentler on the skin. Their large size means fewer swipes, reducing irritation. They apply smoothly - just wipe a few times and pat for easy absorption. The lid design could be improved. A non-detachable lid would be better to prevent losing it if dropped. The scent was unfamiliar and not very appealing. A subtle floral fragrance would have been preferable. If the pads dry out due to improper lid closure or if you're not fond of the scent, try moistening them with your favorite toner at home before use. For those with eyelash extensions, these pads are great for removing eye makeup without snagging on the lashes.
