It's gentle and moisturizing. I was worried that the mist might clog quickly because it's a gel, but it sprayed evenly and consistently until the end. Due to the focus on quality ingredients, the fragrance is... almost non-existent. - jj*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 16, 2020
I tried a jelly mist for the first time, and surprisingly, it sprays just like a regular mist despite being a jelly. It's fascinating! Being a jelly, it gives the impression of being even more refreshing than a typical mist. While many people complain about the scent, I find it perfectly fine. If you're not particularly sensitive to fragrances, it's hardly noticeable. The user experience is truly exceptional. I spray it on my face and chest. On my face, I can use this alone without applying cream, as it doesn't cause any deep dryness. These days, I just use this. When I spray it on my chest, it makes my skin incredibly soft. The feeling is quite different from regular toners, so I'll be using this as a toner replacement. The only downside is that when you're almost finished with the product, the jelly tends to clump a bit when sprayed. It might catch you off guard! - se*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinMay 12, 2020
To be honest, I can't really tell much difference whether I use it or not. I'm using it mainly because I bought it and want to finish it up. The experience of gel coming out as a spray is quite interesting though. The spray power isn't great. I wasn't expecting a fine mist since it's a pump, but it feels like watering plants... The droplets are about the size of beans. I've tried the mist, toner, and mask pack from this line, but I probably won't repurchase any. If I had to recommend one, it would be the mask pack! I don't have much to add. I didn't feel particularly satisfied with this product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 16, 2020
# Aqulabo Mask Boosting Jelly Mist Slightly acidic (pH 5.5). Gentle and pure, it helps lower skin pH after cleansing. It's said to manage dead skin cells, balance skin pH, strengthen the skin barrier, and boost absorption. A mask-boosting jelly mist to use with sheet masks. Curiosity piqued - how does jelly spray out? It's jelly in the bottle but transforms to liquid when sprayed. No need to use only with masks, spritz anytime on dry skin, or use with a sheet mask for 200% better results. Hydration lasts longer. The scent is close to fragrance-free, but those with sensitive noses might detect a slight aroma. It's not a strong scent, just very subtle, so it shouldn't be bothersome. I carry it everywhere to spritz on my dry skin. Use it not just on the face, but anywhere that's dry (hands, arms, legs, etc.). It's also helpful after cleansing to balance skin pH. - to***Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 26, 2020
I ended up buying this because I needed a bottle that could evenly spray a viscous toner. The gel-like texture was intriguing, and it didn't come out in stringy strands. Once sprayed on the skin, it felt like a liquid rather than a gel. There wasn't any excessive stickiness, and it's fragrance-free. Some reviews mention a scent, but I couldn't detect any at all. Plus, it had moisturizing properties, so I didn't feel any increased dryness. When sprayed over makeup, it tends to make touch-ups sticky and causes pilling. The spray range is truly something else - it covers from the crown of your head to your collarbone, and from ear to ear. It sprays in all directions, so you might want to use it only at home. The spray power is so strong, it's almost like looking up at the sky on a rainy day, if I'm being a bit dramatic. Not suitable for use over makeup. Avoid using outdoors (it can damage your hair roots if it touches them a few times). Apparently, it's a mask-boosting mist. No wonder it behaves that way! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 8, 2019
* My skin type is combination dehydrated and sensitive 1. Ingredients (♡♡♡♡♡) There are no harmful ingredients. Honestly, I don't think that just because a product has low-risk ingredients, it will suit me. I've had many cases where products with all green-grade ingredients still caused blemishes. However, this product suits my skin well, so it's perfect! 2. Spray Power (♡♡♡) While it's not an ultra-fine mist, it sprays a decent amount of mist. It's actually quite strong for this type of product. I use this product right after cleansing, and it works well for that purpose. 3. Functionality (♡♡♡♡) I thought it was just a simple mist, but it also functions as a first essence. And I think that's accurate! Adding this to my routine makes absorption faster and increases hydration. The place I'm staying now is extremely dry, so even with my combination dehydrated skin, I can feel the difference. 4. Price (♡♡♡♡) It's 15,000 won, but you can buy it online for 12,500 won. While it's not super cheap for a mist, I think it's definitely worth the price, especially during fall/winter. 1. Scent (♡♡) It smells like ointment... It has that typical fragrance-free cosmetic smell. But if you apply toner or emulsion right after, it's quickly covered up, so it should be fine. This is the only drawback I've noticed! Since it's a mist, don't just spray and leave it! Apply an emulsion right after. You can even spray it over makeup without worrying about it smudging. I hope everyone achieves that honey-like skin! - th*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 28, 2019
Boosting Mist - I bought this out of curiosity as it's the first product I've seen for boosting before using a sheet mask! I used to do a daily mask routine, but lately I've been too busy. Instead of using it only before masks, I've found it works great in my evening skincare routine. I spray it on before applying my other products, and it really helps everything absorb well! The gel-like formula comes out in a fine mist, just like a real mister! Even though I bought it on a whim, I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I like it! If I had to point out a downside, it would be the scent. It smells a bit medicinal! I'm not sure if all products from this company smell like this or if it's just this one, but it has quite a strong medicinal scent! It's a bit off-putting. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2019
Before buying the Aqulabo mist, I checked out the ingredients and reviews on Hwahae. The ingredients were gentle, and I was amazed by how the jelly-like formula provided hydration when sprayed! As someone with dry skin, I usually find that mists evaporate quickly, leaving my skin dry. However, the Aqulabo mist keeps my skin moisturized without drying out at all! While opinions on the scent seem divided, I personally found it quite pleasant. There's not really anything to complain about! If I had to nitpick, I'd say the spray nozzle isn't the fine mist type. It's a bit of a firmer spray. But honestly, there are no significant downsides. I recommend spritzing the Aqulabo mist after cleansing, and again before applying a wash-off pack or sheet mask for even better results! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedFeb 3, 2019
I love the unique jelly texture and its perfect weight on the skin. The lid seems a bit flimsy. I'm worried I might misplace it easily. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 15, 2019
The jelly texture was so fascinating! Spraying it before using a face mask seems to boost the mask's effectiveness, probably thanks to its enhancing properties. It feels like the product runs out quickly when using it. I think it might be because I tend to spray too much of the mist. When touching up makeup, remove excess oil, spray the jelly mist, and then apply your touch-up. This helps smooth out dead skin cells, resulting in a makeup look with a subtle, beautiful glow.
