Pros
This product is great for replenishing moisture. As someone with sensitive, acne-prone, oily skin with clogged pores, it doesn't exacerbate my skin troubles or make my skin overly sensitive. After using the toner, just applying the moisturizer alone can sometimes lead to an oil surge, but using the serum and then the moisturizer seems to reduce the oiliness. It works well as a lotion replacement after toning.
Cons
It doesn't actually reduce acne itself. While it claims that clogged pore acne will improve with the added moisture, that wasn't the case for me. If I apply too much, it leaves a heavy, mask-like feeling on my face and a drying, powdery finish. As someone with very sensitive, acne-prone skin, patting it in to absorb takes a long time, and it ends up making my clogged pores look even redder and more inflamed. Even if I don't pat it in and just let it dry, it seems to soak in, but then the powdery finish makes me think it's fully absorbed, only for the wet, mask-like feeling to return when I apply the next moisturizer or sunscreen on top. I was recommended this by an esthetician, and using it with the moisturizer they provided did cause my makeup to slip.
Tip
Just use about one dropper's worth and spread it evenly over your face, then gently pat it in to help it absorb. I use this serum instead of a regular lotion, and then follow up with a well-balanced moisturizer. Since this serum is quite lightweight, pairing it with a more transparent moisturizer works well for me - it prevents my face from getting oily too quickly after applying makeup. I started with the 30ml size to try it out, and then purchased the 100ml once I knew I liked it. I originally got it through an esthetician, but the brand's official retailer ended up being much more affordable. I'll give it 4 stars since I ended up repurchasing it.

As soon as I apply it, my face feels instantly hydrated. I was recommended this serum during an esthetic treatment, and this was my first time using it. Pros
It's not as severe as dehydration, but as I got into my 30s, my skin became drier. After using this product, the tightness and dryness-induced peeling were resolved by about 80%.
Cons
It's a serum with a viscous, runny consistency. So it doesn't feel like it absorbs quickly. But since my skin is drier than the average person, I think it absorbs a bit faster for me. There's a slight moisturizing film, but if you go just a bit beyond that, it gets completely washed away. Finding that sweet spot is a bit tricky.

Well, it was quite slippery, so I was able to use it as a base for face massage by applying a generous amount on my face.
Cons
It doesn't seem to absorb well. It forms a film after application. And then it flakes off like eraser crumbs. I couldn't even use it all up. It's hard to reach. So I apply it to the dry backs of my hands after putting on my facial moisturizer. Since it's not a hand cream, it doesn't really moisturize my hands properly. It's not able to properly address the dryness even though I have dry skin.
Tip
If you bought it but it's hard to use, try applying a generous amount to the backs of your hands after you've finished your facial skincare routine.

My skin used to feel very tight, but it definitely feels better after using this product. My bumpy skin has improved a lot. The large volume allows me to apply a generous amount before and after cleansing, and when I apply a moisturizer and go to bed, my skin feels so hydrated.
Cons
If I use even a little bit too much, it gets washed away right away. It's not a problem at night, but during the day before makeup, I have to apply only a small amount and make sure it absorbs well.
