As someone with super sensitive skin, I often find regular masks irritating, but this one is made of pure cotton, so it doesn't cause any itching. It's wonderfully hydrating and feels great! If it were a bit more affordable, it would be perfect. Other than that, I have no complaints. - as******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 25, 2021
I've only tried it once, so I'm not entirely sure yet, but it seems to have a calming effect. It doesn't dry too quickly either. I fell asleep without applying cream after wearing it for 20 minutes, and the area around my mouth felt extremely dry. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 8, 2021
- Purchased for improving skin barrier after dermatological acne scar treatment - After using, it definitely feels more soothing compared to other masks, less sticky, and after removing the mask, the skin seems to absorb the product faster and more effectively Well, maybe it's because I have a large face, but the proportions of the mask around the chin and forehead areas are a bit off compared to other masks. The forehead area is lacking coverage while there's excess around the chin... (=Not really a drawback) You can find these online for much cheaper than the retail price, so make sure to shop around! - yb*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 5, 2021
This is one of the few mask sheets that doesn't sting or cause tiny bumps. Even after 30 minutes, it doesn't dry out if you apply the remaining essence from the packet onto the mask after putting it on. While expensive masks recommended at spas are often irritation-free, this one is both affordable and hydrating. If you center it around your eyes, it might be a bit short on the forehead. Overall, I'm very satisfied as it's become my go-to mask after a long time. For extra hydration, apply the leftover essence from the packet on top of the mask. - ki******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 24, 2020
For some reason, I always get breakouts right after my period ends... Recently, I had a bunch of blemishes around my mouth. I had extracted a few that were healing, but they were still tender to the touch. After using this mask, I noticed significant calming the next day. There were no other side effects, so I feel safe using this product. (I've used it about 5 times so far, every 1-3 weeks) It has a cooling sensation, possibly due to the menthol. I'm not sure if that enhances its effectiveness, but it gives a plumping feeling when it touches the lip area. Despite this, I keep using it because when I put it on before bed, I wake up with improved skin texture. It seems best to use this before bed. If you have super sensitive skin, the menthol might be irritating, so apply it before sleeping to give your skin ample time to rest. After removing the mask and letting the essence absorb, apply a thin layer of moisturizer or emulsion to prevent dryness! - da*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 28, 2020
I received this as a gratis item when I bought a cleansing foam and emulsion online. After checking the ingredients and finding nothing harmful for my skin, I tried it right away. The results were surprisingly good, so I'm planning to buy a few more sheets. Even after taking medication prescribed by my dermatologist, I still had some redness, so I used this to calm my skin. I'm satisfied because it didn't cause any breakouts, no new blemishes appeared, and the redness has significantly reduced! I usually used Abib Heartleaf, Madeca-, or Dewytree green masks, but they didn't really suit me. While they seemed to provide some soothing effect, I'd often wake up with a few new blemishes the next day. Recently, I tried the I'm From Mugwort mask, which didn't cause any new skin issues, but I had to stop using it immediately because my skin felt extremely itchy and tingly after removing the mask. The Dokdo mask pack didn't show any significant effects when I tried it. After that, I struggled to find a suitable mask pack for my skin and had been relying on skin packs for soothing. I'm so relieved to have finally found a mask pack that works well for me! The price is a bit higher than expected, making it somewhat burdensome for a daily mask routine. + I bought 20 sheets at a discounted price, but somehow the effects aren't as impressive as when I first used it. I don't plan to repurchase after finishing these. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMar 3, 2020
This is the mask they always give me after a facial at the spa. The esthetician kept insisting I use it, so after putting it off for ages and accumulating quite a few, I finally tried it - and wow, it's really amazing! I'm someone who never bothered with masks before, thinking they were too much hassle, but I actually went out and bought this one. First off, it leaves my skin incredibly hydrated. Plus, its soothing effect is outstanding. It dries out pretty quickly, especially when your skin is already dry. You might need to keep an eye on it while it's on. Taking it off can be a bit painful at times. As always, store your masks in the refrigerator for best results. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 6, 2019
Due to my period, I had acne and lots of blemishes, making my skin rough. My skin was sensitive, so I only used hydrating masks, but my skin still felt dry. However, after using this, I gasped in surprise! My skin became so smooth and firm, it felt great to touch. The redness also improved significantly. It's made with 100% cotton, which explains why the sheet didn't irritate my face. Apparently, it's the same kind of mask dermatologists use for soothing skin. (Edit) There's a strong cooling sensation from the menthol, which I personally love. The next morning after using it, my skin feels plump and bouncy. I'm extremely satisfied. Like other masks, it leaves a slippery residue on the face after use. So I absorb it by applying my usual cream after removing the mask. But since all masks do this, it's not really a drawback. In other words, I haven't found any cons yet. I've already reordered because I liked the one I had, so I'll update if I discover any drawbacks. (Oh, right. One downside is that this mask doesn't seem to go on sale. It's 3500 won per sheet. Most places only sell them in packs of 10. It's hard to find individual sales. Apparently, it's only sold online.) I cleanse my face with toner, apply this mask, finish with cream, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels firm and smooth. (I love how plump my skin feels...)
