I'm gradually switching to Nu Skin products, one by one, due to their relatively safe ingredients Even with my sensitive skin, I haven't found any drawbacks yet - kb********Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessJun 11, 2024
Let's take a look at the ingredient list. They've basically taken water, added emulsifiers, and thrown in some AHA, BHA, and PHA. These ingredients work to dissolve the skin's surface. Did you know that the skin barrier and surface layer are actually active? In the past, we thought the outermost skin barrier = dead skin cells. But new research has shown that the skin barrier is actually quite active. This means our skin barrier is incredibly important - more so than we previously thought. It's a living entity, so we shouldn't carelessly strip it away. It seems they're trying to promote skin turnover by constantly destroying the barrier, but this approach has a high risk of side effects. Don't believe in that 'purging' nonsense! Continuously dissolving the barrier with acids... Sure, AHAs can add some glow, which leads many to mistakenly think this is good. 'But this product made my skin better!' = There are gentler ways to improve your skin without this... They're selling this as a cosmetic product without proper explanation of its effects. - hy******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 21, 2024
It provides ample hydration, and it's great when applied together with an essence. I avoided using it when blemishes appeared. I only applied it during normal skin days. - ci*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 26, 2023
Fantastic for achieving that glowing complexion! No need to visit the dermatologist. The price is absolutely wicked. As soon as you stop using it, your skin reverts to its original state. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMar 1, 2023
Let me share my honest review after using it for exactly two months... I'm not sure if it gives a glow right after absorption, but when I apply makeup on top, I can definitely see both an outer and Inner Glow (I use a matte cushion foundation). Tip) I didn't need a long adjustment period, and I didn't experience any purging or anything like that! However, I tried using pads with similar ingredients, and they gave me blemishes that took a week to disappear ^^ So I stopped using those. To see noticeable effects with this product, one pump is far from enough. You need to use two pumps on your forehead and two pumps on each cheek. That's when you start seeing results. I was initially using just one pump everywhere, worried about potential side effects, and thought I was wasting money. But after two months, when I increased the amount, I saw overall skin improvement. (For reference, I don't have problematic skin, just average, normal skin) First of all, all Nu Skin products are expensive. Everyone needs an adjustment period... When applied during makeup, it pills and comes off like dead skin cells - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 26, 2023
I liked that it wasn't greasy. That's the only good thing about it, unfortunately. It makes my skin feel tight, and when I apply cushion foundation over it, it pills like dead skin. Makeup doesn't adhere well. - kd******Combination SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2022
Dead skin cells slough off, improving skin texture, and leaving a nice glow. It feels like it tightens the skin, giving a sense of improved elasticity. It makes my face feel extremely tight, and the price is wickedly high. Not great value for money. You need to apply a generous amount of moisturizer after use. - 10*****Dry SkinRecommendedJan 23, 2022
I've been using this product consistently for several years now. Although I don't get any special treatments, I often hear that I look younger than my age, which might be thanks to regularly using the 180° line. The price isn't exactly cheap for the amount you get. If it were a bit more affordable, I'd be able to use it more generously. Even though it's meant to last a month, I tend to stretch it out to two or three months by using it sparingly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 12, 2021
It seems to be great for deep hydration and moisture retention. I'm already on my second bottle! The packaging is a bit disappointing. It becomes a bit inconvenient to use when you're nearing the end of the product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 11, 2021
My skin feels so hydrated, and I've noticed a significant fading of my dark spots and blemishes. The only downside is the small size, which means I have to repurchase it quite often.
