It has an immediate effect as soon as you use it. I applied the serum from Company A on one hand and this lotion (called skin in Korea) on the other hand, and over time, the hand with this product felt much softer! It's a better toner than the serum... I highly recommend it!!

It's expensive if you buy it in Korea... It's the cheapest to get it in Paris. Although it's pricey for a skin product, it doesn't feel that way considering the effects. There's nothing really to complain about this product.
