The effects are immediate as soon as you use it. I applied a serum from brand A on one hand and this emulsion (called 'skin' in Korea) on the other. After some time, the hand with this product felt much softer! A toner that's better than serum... I highly recommend it! It's expensive if you buy it in Korea... The cheapest option is to get it in Paris. While it's pricey for a toner, considering its effectiveness, it might not be so bad. There's not much to criticize about the product itself! Though labeled as an emulsion, it's more like a toner, similar to other European skincare textures. As expected, it absorbs well into the skin. I have sensitive skin prone to allergic reactions, redness, and small bumps. I was surprised when I came to write a review and saw mostly positive feedback. However, for me, perhaps due to the lime or citric ingredients, it felt a bit harsh on my skin. When I used it lightly with a cotton pad to refine my skin texture, it didn't seem to cause much sensitivity. This might be because I used it as a base for makeup along with other products, so I didn't notice any particular effects. But when I used it alone, trying to let it absorb into my skin, it felt very harsh. A few minutes after application, my skin turned red and felt heated. It seemed to irritate my skin, temporarily enlarging my pores. Personally, I didn't find it gentle at all. Those with sensitive skin should consider this before purchasing. While it might work if used sparingly on a cotton pad to refine skin texture, it was too strong for me as a daily product. The scent is milder compared to other European skincare products, but it's not completely gentle. It's less intense than the typical strong fragrances found in European cosmetics, but still noticeable. It's best to use this product by saturating a cotton pad and gently smoothing it over your skin to refine the texture.

It's so gentle that even children can use it without irritation. I bought it during my trip to France, and I'm already wanting to purchase it again! I brought back 10 bottles of this product from France. It's truly gentle on the skin and provides excellent hydration. There's nothing to dislike about it. My husband and I have been using this together for a long time. It feels like our skin can breathe. It's incredibly gentle with no irritation, yet so hydrating. This is truly my holy grail emulsion! The scent is mild, and when I first started using it, I heard many people say their skin improved! It seems to be effective in enhancing complexion. Many people use it by applying it with a cotton pad, but according to a staff member at Monge Pharmacy, it's a waste of the essence to use it that way. They recommended putting it in an empty spray bottle instead! It definitely feels better to spray it like a mist rather than applying it with a cotton pad. The price point is a bit disappointing... It's incredibly moisturizing, so I was satisfied using it even in fall and winter when my skin tends to get dry. I also appreciated that it wasn't too expensive. I really loved the scent, but I'm puzzled after seeing on Hwahae that it might be artificial fragrance?? The most disappointing thing is that it's not distributed domestically, making it inconvenient to purchase.
