I tried this product because I was concerned about blemishes. I bought a set of two 300ml bottles and used them all! The soothing effect is average, I'd say, but the hydration is top-notch. I've never seen a toner that provides this level of moisture - it's amazing. Even though I have oily skin, it still managed to deeply hydrate. I highly recommend this for those with dry skin or lacking moisture, especially if you're prone to small bumps. I have super sensitive skin, and when I switched from another product to this one, I didn't experience any irritation at all. The product seems incredibly gentle!
Cons

It's great that it moisturizes thoroughly without irritation That's all there is to it. Ah, and the amount is generous too.
Cons
For someone like me with combination skin, it feels stuffy and heavy. I also keep getting acne. There's no calming effect. It's also inconvenient to use as a cleansing water. I barely used it all up.
