1. It's more compact than a cushion, making it convenient to carry around. 2. It has a classic cosmetic scent that's familiar (my boyfriend loves it). 1. It seems to break down quite easily on the skin. 2. The coverage is rather weak. 3. Applying it with the sponge at the back can be a bit irritating (you need to gently pat it on instead). - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 25, 2020
I honestly can't think of anything positive to say... Do I really need to write more than 20 characters...?? Frankly... I wonder if it even functions as a foundation. It's not even as good as a BB cream... The price is cheap, and I bought it out of curiosity, but I can't recommend it. If you're looking to buy a foundation, just get a proper one instead. I suppose it might be okay for those who can say, 'I have flawless skin even without makeup!' - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2020
It's incredibly soft on the skin. Perhaps due to its essence content, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. If you apply this as a base before makeup, it goes on smoothly without any patchiness! The most significant advantage is how wonderfully hydrating it is! It tends to darken my complexion... It doesn't really brighten or illuminate my face as I had hoped. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 4, 2019
Slips right into your makeup bag! It's so portable and feels lightweight... Better for a natural look rather than full coverage... Apply as the final step after sunscreen - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 27, 2019
The stick format that you push up gradually seems great for hygiene management. First off, I have combination dehydrated skin with an oily T-zone that gets shiny quickly, while my U-zone and cheeks are dry and sensitive. For those with dry skin, the rich feel might be perfect, but for my combination dehydrated skin, it looked quite greasy (even though I'm not extremely oily, just combination). I bought this after seeing promotional posts and photos from a now-famous seller on Instagram. They always post selfies claiming to use this stick foundation, and in the photos, their skin looks incredibly glowy and smooth. However, after using it myself, I think that's just because the seller has naturally good skin. There's zero coverage. As soon as I apply it with the stick and blend it with my fingers, the foundation disappears, leaving just my natural skin tone. It doesn't even seem to brighten the complexion. The seller promoted it as usable as a concealer, claiming it covers blemishes and has decent coverage. I don't even have many noticeable blemishes, but it doesn't seem to improve tone or provide any coverage at all. I'm frustrated because I spent money on this, and it's so different from the promotional claims. If you're considering buying this product... unless you have perfect skin and prefer a very natural look, or if you need some coverage when going out, I don't recommend it. You can't go to work bare-faced, right? If you're looking for some level of coverage, my pro tip is to skip this one. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 2, 2019
It gave my skin a subtle dewy glow! I usually don't wear makeup, but even my husband noticed and said it looked nice. However, after using it about twice, I developed blemishes. I gave it to my mom as a gift, and she also got blemishes. My hair kept sticking to my cheeks too. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 6, 2019
It spreads very thinly and feels moisturizing. You can achieve a natural makeup look as if you've applied cushion foundation rather than regular foundation. The puff attached to the back is inconvenient to use. I recommend using a separate puff instead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 30, 2019
This seems great for those who want a natural skin look. It's a product that doesn't cause blemishes on my sensitive skin. The puff is much rougher than I expected. Also, despite claims on Instagram that it covers spots and blemishes, it doesn't actually provide that coverage. - yh*****Dry SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2019
I love how smoothly it glides on, probably thanks to the essence in it. It absorbs really well! So far, I can't find any downsides. I'm using it happily and it's working great for me! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 19, 2019
It feels nicely moisturizing when applied. The only positive thing I can say is that it doesn't leave residue on your hands... However, as time passes, it becomes quite drying and tends to separate a bit. They heavily promoted it as being super convenient, so I bought it thinking it would be easy to use, but it's actually rather inconvenient. I think a cushion foundation would be much more user-friendly! It's certainly easier than liquid foundation, but that's not saying much. I won't be repurchasing this product.
