ConsFor oily skin, the longevity is disappointing, and it tends to crumble and wear off in patches. My face feels like it has marbling, with spotty fading in some areas.
TipEven the palest pink-beige shade was slightly more yellow compared to other foundations.

The application was not bad either.
ConsFor oily skin, over time the shine becomes maximized... There is also a slight breakdown.
TipWhen mixed with a matte foundation, the shortcomings are complemented. Or, if you apply powder over the foundation, it lasts longer without breakdown compared to when you don't, but there is still some shine that requires touch-ups.

It didn't get blotchy either!
ConsThe lasting power was a bit disappointing. It didn't break down beautifully, and since I have slightly sensitive skin, I noticed a lot of harmful substances and allergens in it, so I'm going to change my foundation now! Please avoid sensitive ingredients!!

It's a great foundation for dry skin types. The coverage is quite good, and it leaves the skin looking smooth and radiant!
ConsFor oily skin types, the formula is way too greasy. Even with a little sweat, it breaks down easily. The staying power is lacking, and it accentuates pores. While it covers blemishes fairly well, it does nothing for minimizing the appearance of pores.

ConsThe coverage is weak, and it tends to break down quickly when applied over oily sunscreen.

ConsThe makeup tends to break down, revealing an oily face... And the sponge absorbs too much of the product.

However, I am the type whose skin gets oily over time. And I use a puff. *Texture The texture is very creamy. It is creamier than all other foundations. With the combination of creaminess and puff, it applies thickly. And it applies moisturly. So if applied well, there is no flakiness. I have a lot of flakiness, and even after exfoliating twice a week, there is still some flakiness and small bumps on my cheeks the day before the next exfoliation... For those who experience this, proper skincare or exfoliation is recommended... *Darkening and Color It converges to the middle between the original skin color and the foundation color. It looked natural and okay. But the color doesn't come close to Armani's ใ ใ ใ ใ ใ ใ ใ ใ *Fading Since I don't do touch-ups, please note that. With touch-ups, the fading would be less, of course. Touch-ups are usually done with cushions, but the cushion's expiration is only a month... My skin just doesn't get along well with cushions.. It just breaks out. Carrying around a foundation is too much of a hassle. Anyway, without touch-ups, and even with powder finishing, those whose skin gets oily (just on the chin and sides of the nose) tend to get a bit cakey. My chin was especially cakey. I'm the type whose skin easily builds up flakiness on the chin. *Coverage I have a lot of blemishes. Without concealer, it looks messy. But the coverage is better than the Armani Long-Lasting, which has a coverage of 3 out of 10, while this one is around 6 out of 10.
ConsAw, that's such a bummer that it fades so much... If only that wasn't an issue, it would have been really great to use... ใ ใ
Tip* When using with a puff, it would be better to use a more dense puff like the Shu Uemura puff or the Olive Young tension puff. Fluffy puffs like the Watson's disposable wedge puff don't seem to work well with it. * As you can see in the photos, I tend to get oily and have some fading, but the fading is just a slight emphasis of flakiness (only on my chin for me). And if you want to use it well, touch-ups on the sides of the nose are a must. For areas that crease easily, apply โ thinly โ. The photos are after applying concealer (heavily on the cheeks). If you apply concealer well, the coverage is usable. It can cover light blemishes well^^ When I want a more vibrant makeup look, I'll switch to Armani as it pairs perfectly. I'll use the Shu Uemura Light Bulb occasionally for a less glowy makeup look.

It looks shiny and bright, and doesn't feel heavy. However, it can't cover up major blemishes, and over time, the nose area and pores start to... ugh.
ConsOver time, it starts to crumble in spots, and the inner sponge-like texture just doesn't seem to suit me very well.
TipPatting it on seems to work much better than spreading it out.

Moisturizing As someone with dry skin, I prefer a moisturizing foundation, and this one is one of the more hydrating options among them. 2. Thin and lightweight formula I really dislike foundations that feel heavy and thick on the face. This one has a fine texture that applies very thinly and doesn't feel suffocating. 3. Beautiful skin finish The lightweight application means it looks natural, like my own skin, and the dewy glow it gives makes my skin look healthy and radiant.
Cons1. Lacks adhesion. Perhaps due to the moisturizing quality, it doesn't adhere to the skin very well. It just sits on top rather than really melting into the skin. That's why when I touch my face, it leaves fingerprints. 2. Lacks longevity. The wear isn't terrible - it doesn't break down messily or anything. It just fades away. But for someone like me who doesn't touch up their makeup during the day, the longevity is lacking. After about 4 hours, a lot of the foundation has worn off and my natural skin starts peeking through. The longevity isn't terrible, but compared to the foundation I used before that lasted all day without any touch-ups, this one doesn't meet my standards. +Addition) 3. Breakouts This may vary from person to person, but I wanted to mention that I tend to get a pimple or two whenever I use this foundation. So that's an additional downside for me.
Tip>> Overall: This foundation could be a good option for those who prioritize a dewy, moisturizing finish and like a very lightweight application. But for those who don't touch up their makeup often, the longevity may be lacking. + Also, because this foundation is so hydrating, using a damp sponge to apply it can make the glow look a bit too oily/greasy. Using a dry sponge gives a nicer, more natural-looking radiance.

After turning 20, my skin improved, and I used MAC foundation from high school until my second year of university. After switching to this foundation, people started commenting a lot on how good my skin looks. I really heard a lot of compliments about my skin. I wanted to try other foundations, so I went to the department store to test them. Even the employees said my skin looked great after applying the Shu Uemura foundation. It completely covers my pores and makes my skin look flawless. It's shocking that this foundation that I've been using without any issues for 4 bottles is considered the worst foundation by some and has the worst ingredients according to the ingredient analysis. I'm not sure if I should buy the products I want after seeing the ingredient analysis.
ConsI've been using this since I was 23, and now I'm 26. When I was 23, it covered my pores well and had a good application, but now at 26, it doesn't cover my pores as well. This is probably due to my age and enlarged pores. Oily-skinned people should avoid this in the summer as the makeup breaks down quickly.
TipFor oily-skinned people, if your makeup breaks down, don't just apply more cushion. Blot the oil first, then reapply a small amount of foundation.
