To be honest, there wasn't anything particularly good about it... I bought this as a cheaper alternative to my usual pimple patches when I got a cystic blemish, but I feel totally let down by these microneedle patches. They say it works better if you wear it overnight, so I did. When I woke up, it didn't seem to have reduced the blemish much at all. I thought maybe it needed two applications to be effective, so I applied another one and changed it again before bed. In total, I used it three times, but instead of improving, an even larger inflammatory blemish appeared right next to the original one! I've reluctantly put on one more patch, but I'll be furious if it gets worse. Also, I initially thought the small needles were a plus, but it seems they're actually a drawback for areas with thicker skin - the needles can't fully penetrate, so the soothing ingredients just sit on the surface without reaching deep enough to be effective. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 3, 2020
To be honest, there's not much I can say that's positive... If I had to pick something, I guess it's hygienic? First off, it's way overpriced... seriously. You only get about 8 patches for that price. As someone with a lot of blemishes, I usually use about 10 regular patches after popping them. But with these, the quantity is so limited that I can't use them as freely. Plus, I'm not sure about their effectiveness. Usually, with regular patches, you wake up and see some improvement, but with these, there's no noticeable difference. Also, the adhesion seems weaker compared to standard patches. Some people say it hurts, but it's not extremely painful. There's just a slight stinging sensation when you first apply it.
