Don't buy Neutrogena cleansing foam just because it's on sale. Don't buy it just because it's on sale.
Cons
The sunscreen doesn't absorb well, leaving marks on the product. When applying sunscreen, a smearing effect occurs. Unpleasant smell. Applying it on the skin feels cool, dry, and leaves acne. Stings the eyes. You should pat the sunscreen onto your palms and then apply it, not rub it on, as rubbing causes it not to absorb properly and it just smears.

Pros
Personally, I liked how my skin became a bit whiter. It didn't get overly white, but more of an overall tone-up effect. The spreadability wasn't great, but it was decent compared to other products.
Cons
First of all, I have acne-prone skin. I cleanse my face twice a day, every single day. I'm that interested in and take care of my skin. But when I apply this sunscreen, my skin turns reddish and inflamed, and my acne just explodes. I thought it was due to other reasons. Not getting enough sleep at night, the greasy meat I had for lunch, etc. I kept using it without realizing it was the sunscreen. I'm not using this sunscreen anymore, and my skin issues have cleared up. If you're also struggling with skin troubles, I'd recommend steering clear of this product!

Pros
The product applies transparently and smoothly on the skin. It also doesn't clog the pores, so I would recommend it if you don't have acne-prone or sensitive skin.
Cons
I've never really thought of myself as having sensitive skin, but when I used this product, it felt like I was putting on alcohol and it kept stinging. Eventually, my face got really red and inflamed, and my breakouts got worse. I had to use a face mask to calm it down... I'd definitely recommend testing it on your arm first before applying it to your face.

Pros
It finishes off in a dry manner, as described. Despite being non-comedogenic, it doesn't have bad spreadability and seems to finish off nicely and fluffy, which I think is the best part.
Cons
There seem to be some poor ingredients that can cause skin troubles. I think I developed skin troubles from using it for an extended period.
Tip
I only applied the lotion and nothing else on top, so I'm not sure if it would be a good product for makeup application.

The only good thing is that it has an incredibly high UV protection.
Cons
After my acne breakout in high school due to hormones, my skin was completely clear, but as soon as I applied this, my skin flipped out. It's also super hard to remove and doesn't come off at all...

I've been using this for 3 bottles now and it's been soft and non-sticky from the start. Thanks to this, I had a healthy summer without getting sunburned.
Cons
From the 3rd bottle onwards, I kept getting pimples on my chin, forehead, and other areas. I tried changing all the suspected culprits like supplements, pillows, and gym towels, but the pimples persisted. Finally, when I stopped using this sunscreen, the pimples went away. It feels fresh and nice when applied, as it doesn't have much oil.
Cons
After using it, my face started feeling itchy a few hours later. My face then became flushed and felt like it was burned... My face became stiff, and there were even blisters around my mouth. Even though I washed it off right away, my face ended up in a terrible state.
