Don't buy Neutrogena cleansing foam just because it's on sale. Don't buy it just because it's on sale.

The sunscreen doesn't absorb well, leaving marks on the product. When applying sunscreen, a smearing effect occurs. Unpleasant smell. Applying it on the skin feels cool, dry, and leaves acne. Stings the eyes. You should pat the sunscreen onto your palms and then apply it, not rub it on, as rubbing causes it not to absorb properly and it just smears.

The hand test didn't leave a sticky feeling, so I immediately decided to purchase it.
Cons
No matter how many times I used it, I never wanted to buy this sunscreen again. It was the worst. When I applied sunscreen and then put on makeup on top, it would immediately slide off. It would come off like dirt. When I applied it directly to my bare face without makeup, my eyes would sting, and when I wiped it off, powder-like residue would come off immediately... I'm sorry, Neutrogena, but this just doesn't seem right.

However, if you apply too much, it takes too long to become fluffy... Despite the name, it is quite thick. It's more like a cream-type lotion, which is why this is the case. And if you apply it over other products, it tends to pill up ㅠㅠ

I've been using this sunscreen continuously because it has no stickiness and leaves a soft, powdery finish after application.
Cons

The sunblock is okay. It is faithful to its function, but there are no other good points in my opinion.
Cons
The greasiness is no joke. When applied to the face, it smears like dirt. It doesn't even dry out the base, either... It was the worst sunblock I've ever used.

I haven't repurchased it yet, but it's a product I plan to repurchase. As the name 'Dry Touch' suggests, there is no stickiness or greasiness that is typical of sunscreens. The product ingredients state that benzos~ can cause skin irritation, but cosmetics really do vary from person to person. I used it without any irritation. The application feels like smoothing a cloud-like cream.
Cons
This was mostly an issue that appeared towards the end of using the product, so it's hard to see it as a major flaw. After applying makeup, there was a tendency for it to cake up. However, since I used up the entire 80ml capacity, well beyond the recommended usage period, I suspect the product had thickened, causing this issue.
Tip
When first applied to the face, it may appear shiny, but as the product spreads, it transitions from a white cast to a radiant glow. If patted in gently, it leaves a suitable amount of luminosity.
