  Pros

  1. Calendula and chamomile ingredients are excellent for soothing effects 2. Gentle enough to apply on the face without irritation 3. Really effective for reducing swelling and bruising 4. Tin case makes it portable and lightweight 5. Great value when purchased directly from K-beauty sites

  Cons

  1. Quite sticky, which is why I deducted one star 2. Lacks a spatula or inner lid 3. The scent is a bit strong

  Tip

  I also apply it when my intimate area feels sore or irritated, and it works wonders

  Pros

  I've been using Burt's Bees for insect bites and atopic flare-ups, but switched due to irritation. While it wasn't particularly effective for mosquito bites, it worked wonders for atopic itch. It really helps soothe the itching. It's incredibly versatile. Applying it under the eyes and on hands helps alleviate dryness. If you warm it between your hands and gently pat it on your face, it gives an effect similar to facial oils. Mixing it with a dry foundation improves adherence and maintains hydration for longer. It even adds a slight glow. The scent is subtle and pleasant. The quantity is generous. Unlike Burt's Bees, which has a green tint that shows on the skin, this one goes on clear despite its yellow color.

  Cons

  The price is a downside. While it alleviates dryness everywhere else on the body, it's not a lip balm, so it wasn't great when applied to the lips. It didn't show much effect on mosquito bites. The tin case is a bit loose. The texture is slightly sticky.

  Tip

  Use sparingly when applying to the face.

  Pros

  I've been using Burt's Bees balm for ages and got bored, so I tried this one. Honestly, there's not much difference! This one has better ingredients, a friendlier price, and you get more bang for your buck. It works wonders on dry, flaky areas. I especially love using it on my heel and toe dead skin cells - they become smooth and glossy in no time!

  Cons

  I tried it on my face once when it was dry, but it felt too sticky and didn't absorb well, making my skin feel irritated. So I've decided to use it only on my body. Also, it comes in a jar, which isn't very hygienic, and you can only buy it from overseas.

  Tip

  If you have severe dead skin cells on your feet, try exfoliating during showers. I recommend applying this before bed - otherwise, you'll leave oily footprints all over the floor!

  Pros

  I applied it to my baby's drool rash, and although it didn't disappear quickly, I noticed gradual improvement. Since it's free from harmful ingredients, I feel confident using it on my face too.

  Cons

  There's nothing I disliked about it. It's slightly oily, leaving a bit of a sticky feeling after application, but I actually prefer that.
