Pros
It absorbs quickly and has less tightness or that kind of thing compared to other toners! It's fairly moisturizing, and it was a decent toner for me who dislikes toners with artificial fragrances! And I think it's even better when used chilled!!!
Cons

Pros
I'm a consistent user - I've been using it for over 10 years and use it during the times when I need to do deep cleansing. From the season when sebum starts to come up to before it gets dry, I have to do deep cleansing with this to reduce whiteheads. I can't use other toners.
Cons
Do a patch test to see if you have any allergies to witch hazel, and use it. Put some cotton soaked in it on your face for deep cleansing - it might feel a bit stingy, so apply serum right after and start your basic skincare routine.
Tip
I bought the container from Daiso and put the cotton in it to use. And if you order it online, it's less than half the price. I bought two of them around summer when I was buying other things - it was around 6,000 won each. If you buy it from a local drugstore, the price is really expensive.

This is a large-capacity product that can be used for over a year if you buy 3-4 bottles at a low price. I'm using the version with fragrance and alcohol that I bought through overseas direct purchase. The fragrance is generally satisfactory. I think the alcohol is good for me.
