I used it like a pack with cotton and it was really refreshing, and it absorbed well into the skin, leaving it moisturized.
Cons
I have inflammatory acne-prone skin, so it stung a bit when I used it. The scent also didn't seem that great.

I'm on my nth bottle now and it's so gentle and wonderful. I have sensitive skin, and while it doesn't have any calming effects, it's so gentle that it's nice to use!

There's really nothing disappointing about it! I use the unscented version, and if you don't like fragrance, I highly recommend this one!
