The fragrance is lovely. It's a delightful way to start each hair wash with such a pleasant aroma. At some point, my scalp became unbearably itchy and my hair started getting greasy much faster, so I'm looking for a different shampoo... Upon reflection, my scalp condition seems to have deteriorated more than I initially thought. I never imagined I'd become a shampoo nomad, but this product has set me on that path. The fragrance is lovely, like you've spritzed on a sweet perfume. Even though I don't usually use conditioner, my hair feels soft with just the shampoo. After washing, my hair has a bouncy, glossy look. I appreciate that the pump caps are different colors (black/silver) for the shampoo and conditioner, making them easy to distinguish. After washing, my hair doesn't feel fresh and light. Instead, the moisturizing finish makes my hair feel heavy and limp. It gets oily quickly, which I didn't like. After washing my hair, it smells wonderful. I decided to try this after using another Elastine perfume shampoo before. When applying the conditioner, the scent is so strong I have to hold my breath and dive in. Also, it doesn't give as much bounce to my hair as I'd like. The fragrance was a work of art! I used it continuously last summer, but in the end... I had to painfully cut off my precious long hair that I'd been growing for nearly 3 years. I was so disappointed that I regretted being so obsessed with fragrance every day. Now I've switched to Kerasys Perfume shampoo and I'm amazed at how different it feels. Considering the price, I think it's one of the best shampoos available in stores. If only I had switched to perfume shampoo earlier, I could have had long hair with a setting perm by now... sigh.
