ConsAfter using this, pimples and blemishes popped up on my skin... I bought it because it seemed to work well for everyone, but it even caused redness that I didn't have before. After applying, I felt a stinging sensation. It really went downhill. I don't know why this happened. I only used it for two days before bed, and it ended up like this.

But after using this product, even though I was lazy and washed my face late during the vacation, it still managed to keep my skin texture nice and smooth!
ConsI have sensitive lips, and when I applied this, my lips felt very stinging and irritated. My face also got a bit red sometimes. The smell was strange - at first I thought it was a curry scent, but the next day it reminded me of the smell when you open a pencil sharpener.
TipIf your lips are not sensitive or if your skin is not sensitive, this product might work really well for you! You can also use it to wipe your skin with a cotton pad, and it works great. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.

I have combination skin with some small blemishes, and I really liked the cooling sensation which made my skin feel refreshed. However, if I had any existing wounds or irritation, it did sting a bit. I didn't really feel a strong moisturizing effect or that it deeply hydrated my skin, which was a bit lacking for my dry skin type. But overall, if you apply it in layers, it works well as a basic skincare step! I would just use it as a night cream and in the morning, I'd dab it on with a cotton pad to help it absorb better. My skin tone looked a bit brighter and my complexion seemed clearer.
ConsIt didn't do much to address my blemishes or have a calming effect. I'm not sure how it would work for oily or combination skin types, but for me, it felt a bit drying and had a slightly irritating sensation, though not to an extreme degree. The dropper also makes it a bit tricky to control the amount, which was a bit frustrating.
TipApplying it with a cotton pad and patting it in helps with absorption and also preps the skin nicely for makeup. For those with very dry skin, mixing it with a cream could also be a good option!🙂🙂

After application, it becomes slightly tacky, but the tackiness subsides in about 5 minutes, and the product is fully absorbed. ㅇ Usage Period: Used from February 23 to March 4. ㅇ Skin Condition: Severe acne from the age of 25, and occasional seborrheic dermatitis currently. ㅇ Previous Routine: Used The Lab by Blanc Dew Skin twice, essence, jojoba oil, Dr.G Red Blemish Soothing Cream, and sunscreen. The skin felt dry and cracked in the afternoon, even with the oil application. ㅇ Changed Routine: Used The Lab by Blanc Dew Skin twice, Ampoule N, Dr.G Red Blemish Soothing Cream, and sunscreen. The skin did not feel tight or dry in the afternoon. This product is recommended for oily-yet-dry skin types, especially during spring, fall, and winter. It is also recommended for those with dry skin like mine, who work in an arid office environment.
ConsUpon initial use, there were some acne-prone areas on my face that felt irritated and stinging when applying the ampoule. I think it might have been due to the disinfecting properties of the product. It's best to avoid applying it directly on any open wounds or irritated areas.
TipMy skin sometimes becomes red and itchy, almost like mosquito bites. On the first day, several red, itchy spots appeared on my forehead. I was very worried that it might be due to the product, thinking that it might not be suitable for my skin. As this was my first Hwahae Trial Reviewer selection, I was concerned that the product might not work for me. However, I continued using it, and the issue improved when I reduced the amount applied, from twice a day to once a day. Moderation is key.

The last photo shows the appearance after use, with a slightly tacky, bouncy glow✨ But this can be perceived as bouncy by some people and sticky by others (like my mom🌸) In that case, after applying the ampoule, layering a light-textured skin or toner once more can make it absorb into the skin without any stickiness!
ConsAs mentioned earlier, the bounciness can feel sticky to some people ㅠㅠ And since it's slightly acidic, the area around my nose felt a bit stingy (The area around my nostrils is sensitive)
TipIf the residue feels sticky, layer a water-based skin or toner!

I received the winning text message on February 20th and got so excited that I started dancing on the street. When I got home, the delivery had already arrived. I'm not sure if the delivery was fast or the text message was delayed, but I've been using it diligently morning and evening for the past 6 days, and I'll let you know the review, along with my mom who has a different skin type from mine. ㅡCombination and sensitive skinㅡ I usually focus on hydration and whitening, so I was worried that this product contains hyaluronic acid and might cause a stinging or irritating feeling. I prefer products that are not sticky and absorb quickly. My skin used to be oily, but it has changed due to bad fine dust and the passage of time. I did experience a slight stinging and tingling sensation, but it wasn't extremely unpleasant, more like the feeling of stepping on a small, ambiguous stone in the schoolyard and getting it out. The absorption is not the fastest, but it does get absorbed if you pat it. It's exactly like the feeling actress Jung Yoo-mi described in a previous commercial, where her palm sticks to the face. There's a slight stickiness left, but it doesn't seem to be fully hydrating. I always felt a tightness after applying it. In the morning, I apply 3 toners, mist, essence, and cream, and during the essence step, I felt extremely dry. Even after applying the cream and letting it absorb, I still felt that strange tightness. (For reference, I drink 2-3 liters of water per day to stay hydrated.) At night, I apply 7 toners, mist, pack, 2 essences, eye cream, and cream, and even though applying 2 essences is better than 1, I still feel that tightness. It's strange that just changing the essence made such a difference. So now I'm layering it with the Goodal Mandarin Essence 3 times. ㅡOily skinㅡ My mom has very oily skin. I purposely had her use it too, since she has a different skin type than me, and she said "Oh, it's so moisturizing and just my style." It seems like this product might feel a bit refreshing for those with oily skin. My mom said it's better to use it in the morning rather than at night, as it's lighter. She said it has a nice, non-greasy freshness to it.
ConsSince everyone has different individual skin conditions, those with dry skin may feel a bit dry, and those with sensitive skin may feel a stinging sensation. In my case, after using the product, I experienced severe tightness and my face became extremely pale and cracked immediately after cleansing. It seems that my skin is not able to properly recharge moisture, and it keeps getting tighter. For those with dry or combination skin, the product may be suitable to use in spring or early fall, and for those with oily skin, it may also be usable in the summer, but it's best to avoid it in the peak of summer. In winter, layering the product a few times seems essential. I thought it might be because our office is very dry, but if it's the same at home, that's concerning. For reference, my room temperature is around 16 degrees Celsius, even though the overall house temperature is 20 degrees, as I don't want to overheat my skin and open my pores. Also, I have experienced the emergence of three pimples and extreme redness, which I am currently trying to resolve quickly. The product is a transparent liquid, and the scent is just so-so for me. The dropper seems to be an issue, as even after closing it and using it the next day, half of the dropper is already filled, and when I try to put it back in the bottle, air gets sucked in, which doesn't seem good. I've tried squeezing it out on the back of my hand and then putting the partial amount back in, but the dropper still fills up quickly. This is quite frustrating. I would appreciate if the dropper could be improved.
TipRather than tips, it's better to just use foundation or creams that suit your own skin type.

My skin's moisture-oil balance was disrupted due to dehydration, causing my acne to remain visible even after applying makeup, which was very stressful for me. I heard that hyaluronic acid is good for hydration, so I applied to be a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and have been using the product consistently for about 5 days. This product contains both high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, which seems to help my skin absorb moisture well. My skin texture has really improved, and the niacinamide ingredient also seems to have brightened my skin tone. My mom, who has oily skin, also tried it and said it didn't make her skin feel greasy, and she liked it.
ConsHowever, while the product has really improved my skin texture, it doesn't seem to have much effect on my acne or blemishes. It's not a calming product, but since my acne is caused by dehydration, I thought hydrating my skin would help, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Also, if you extract your acne and then use the ampoule, the eucalyptus ingredient seems to cause a stinging sensation on the extracted areas, and the extracted spots get a bit red. For those with very sensitive skin, it's probably best to avoid using the ampoule on the same day as extraction.
TipFor those with sensitive skin, it's best to avoid using the ampoule on the same day as extracting acne, as the eucalyptus ingredient can cause stinging and redness.
