As a mildly acidic toner, it worked well for me since I'm prone to blemishes. It feels like a classic, no-frills toner. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It's decent, but it doesn't feel like it has any special features. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 31, 2019
* First off, it's gentle without any irritation. Some people mention a slight tingling sensation due to the salt content, but even when I applied it on blemishes, I experienced no discomfort and never had any breakouts. * The texture is almost water-like when first dispensed onto cotton or hands. It absorbs into the skin seamlessly with just a little patting. After absorption, there's a slight oily residue left on the skin. While those with very oily skin might not appreciate this, I found it created a thin, moisturizing layer that felt great. * The large volume makes it perfect for removing leftover makeup or doing a toner mask. * It doesn't seem to have significant effects in terms of brightening or nourishment. * The lemon scent makes it feel even more fresh and invigorating. It might be a bit light and lacking in nourishment for use during fall and winter. It's great to put cotton pads in a large container, pour in all the salt toner, and then use them one by one as toner pads or for a toner mask. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 25, 2019
I received this toner as a gift when my skin was acting up. I have sensitive, reactive, acne-prone skin. I expected it to be light like water and hoped the saline would help balance my skin's microbiome, but it actually made things worse. Despite the gentle ingredients, I didn't realize the oil content could be problematic. This experience taught me that for super sensitive skin like mine, proper hydration is key, and it's best to avoid toners with oils. It seems there's more oil in this than I expected! The toner feels quite rich and heavy. I've been using it to make toner pads, but I wish I could give this to someone with dry skin instead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 3, 2019
I like that it doesn't cause any irritation. It's more hydrating than I expected. Seems like it would be good for sensitive skin too! While it's gentle and non-irritating, that seems to be all it offers. I don't notice any skin improvement or benefits beyond that, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 9, 2019
I love how it feels like I'm wiping my face clean with a cotton pad when I apply it. It gives me that refreshed feeling before putting on the rest of my skincare routine. While it's not oily, there's a slight slippery feeling left on the face. It's best to let it absorb well before applying the next product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 2, 2019
Excellent at balancing the skin. Highly recommended for dry skin types, and makeup applies beautifully after use. Great value for money too. This has become my go-to toner. Those who prefer a matte finish like that of toners for oily skin might find this less satisfying. 1. After evening cleansing, I mix it in a mist bottle with collagen and essence, then spray frequently. 2. When sprayed after makeup application, it gives the face a luxurious glow, perfect for finishing your makeup look. - xl******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 1, 2019
Remember when saline packs were all the rage? Even though they used sterile saline, there were concerns about potential side effects due to osmotic pressure or something similar. This Labeling Saline Toner seems to have addressed those drawbacks by turning saline into a toner! ❤ It's a generous 500ml size - I've been using it for a month and haven't even used half yet! The large quantity means I can liberally apply it for skin packing and multiple layers without worry. In terms of ingredients, while it may vary for different skin types, there don't seem to be any particularly concerning components. If I had to point one out, maybe the lavender oil? It's not super rich or intensely hydrating, but in this hot summer weather, it's enough to keep my skin from feeling dry! It's similar to the Etude Soon Jung Toner, providing just a hint of hydration. The most disappointing aspect is that after applying this, any skincare products applied afterwards tend to become diluted. Products like cica gel or moisturizers seem to melt and thin out on the skin, which is inconvenient and makes me worry that their effectiveness might be reduced. This is especially concerning with sunscreen in the morning - as it thins out, I'm not sure if it's providing proper UV protection. It's really frustrating... If it weren't for this drawback, I'd consider repurchasing, but it's just too disappointing. Perhaps due to the salt content or lavender oil, it can sometimes feel a bit tingly, especially if I've over-cleansed. While I found the scent okay, it's worth noting that there is a fragrance, though it's not overpowering. As mentioned in the drawbacks, keep in mind that when you apply this, subsequent skincare products tend to thin out and slide around on your skin! - hg***Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 27, 2019
The generous amount is perfect for a skin pack! After use, my skin feels so soothed and calm. The scent isn't particularly pleasant... And if I had to nitpick, I'd say the packaging isn't exactly attractive. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJul 13, 2019
It's so hydrating and doesn't irritate my face at all! Plus, it doesn't have that typical cosmetic scent. I honestly can't think of a single thing I dislike about this product after using it for a while! - li*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2019
I bought this to use as a toner pack, and I love the subtle cooling effect it has. The quantity is generous too! Those sensitive to fragrances might not enjoy this. It has a sort of aromatherapy scent that even I find a bit bothersome. Try soaking cotton pads with it and use them as a mask!
