It effectively removes eyeshadow and lip tint. Even waterproof products come off completely. One drawback is that it struggles with mascara removal. It effectively removes makeup without causing much irritation. The cleansing effectiveness is quite good. The main drawback is that the lid doesn't close properly. It's supposed to open with a push-and-turn motion like a medicine bottle, but it's stiff and doesn't align well when closing. However, I saw a YouTube comparison video showing this product isn't as effective at removing mascara. I could use it without any tingling sensation. I chose this one because it seemed the mildest among the options I was considering. I bought it during a sale and have been using it happily. By the way, I heard they've released the 3rd generation of Clean It Zero. They say it's even gentler, so I'm planning to try that next time. +Just the right amount of oil The oil content isn't overwhelming. There's minimal residue, which makes it convenient to use. However, the oil content is on the lighter side, so if you wear heavy makeup, you might prefer a product with higher oil content. I think people will like it or not depending on their makeup style. -Struggles with lip tints Lip tints are stubborn as always. It's a bit too much to expect this to remove lip stains completely. I tested it by applying and then removing waterproof mascara, highlighter, and lip tint in that order. Don't forget to shake the bottle before use!

Vanilaco is a hidden gem for cleansing products! Their cleansing balm and lip & eye remover are all effective and fantastic. Compared to others, it's less rich but still removes makeup well. It doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes - no burning or tingling sensation. I've tried Pond's, Ariul, Illiyoon, Skinfood, Bifesta, and more, but Vanilaco takes the crown! When I apply it around my eyes and wipe it off, it definitely leaves them feeling clean. It's much better than other brands' products! I'm not sure if I'm just super sensitive, but it stings a tiny bit if it gets into my eyes. 
ad****Combination SkinRecommendedJan 30, 2025Oh, this is precious! A gentle yet effective eye makeup remover. I apply mascara really thick, but this removes it quickly and gently. I'm truly impressed with how well it works. The volume...? I wonder if there's a larger size available. It would be great if they could sell it in a bigger bottle or offer refill packs! Apply generously to a cotton pad, press it against your eyes for about 2 minutes, then wipe away. Don't rub back and forth right away!
