The medication I was using before, Bicontine, was no longer helping, so I was recommended this product by a friend. I would apply it before bed and it would clear up the rash completely - I think this is an excellent product.
ConsHowever, after using it for a while, I did start to develop some chronic issues. There were a few times when it didn't seem to have any effect when the rash was really bad. By the time I finished the product, I wished I had a spatula to help get the last bit out, as it got stuck under my nails.

Even before the baby was born, I used it as a moisturizer and stretch mark cream on my face. I have sensitive combination skin, but I can apply it generously to my face before bed without any trouble or breakouts, and my skin becomes soft and smooth, so I rely on it when my skin gets dry. The scent is also gentle, like coconut or powder. For the Baby. When the baby suddenly started pooping 7-8 times a day, diaper rash developed. I've tried all 3 Burt's Bees Waitrose products. Burt's Bees leaves a white residue even after rinsing, and doesn't get fully cleaned off. Bepanthen has a super sticky formula, and the smell from using it so much for cracked nipples is painful to even remember... The Waitrose product is a bit thicker like a cream, but it spreads well with the warmth of my hands and the baby's body temperature. Using Burt's Bees felt like stamping a white print on my hands...so I'd use Burt's for severe rashes and Waitrose when it was more manageable. Lately I've been applying the Cicaplast Baume B5 to the baby's face - it's been effective! Since the baby is constantly face-planting, I'm not sure if it's wiping off or absorbing, but I have to reapply it after some time. When I use the Bepanthol Baby Ointment, the baby cries, but the Babybalm doesn't make them cry.
ConsThat must be the price in Korea, haha. When I bought it in the UK, I slathered it on, but repurchasing it in Korea is quite expensive.
TipMom's moisturizing cream can also be used as a night cream! Apply it to dry hands and elbows. The baby can also use the Cicaplast Baume B5 as a substitute for the Babybalm.

However, I accidentally discovered this cream and searched for it on the Hwahae app, where I learned that it is free of harmful ingredients. Although I have only used it for a short time, I have been applying it frequently, even several times a day, and my inflamed skin has almost completely calmed down. I'm not the type to write reviews, but I wanted to share this in case it could help others suffering from eczema or skin rashes like I was. For reference, I have allergies and atopy, so my skin is very sensitive. I've heard that this cream is used by British mothers on their babies' bottoms, but I've been applying it all over my face and body. It feels like it could become a holy grail product for me.
ConsNone. However, I have dry skin, so it worked well for me. Those with oily skin may find it to be quite greasy.
TipI purchased this cream to moisturize my feet, where I also have eczema. I've been generously applying it to my feet and wearing socks, and I've noticed that the rough, flaky skin on my feet has disappeared, and they've become softer. I also mix a small amount of the cream into my foundation when doing my makeup, and it creates a dewy, healthy-looking complexion.

I also occasionally apply it to my face with flaky skin, and it makes it feel so moisturized.
ConsThe scent is somewhat pleasant yet unpleasant, and it takes some getting used to!! It's not extremely irritating, though.

I was going to buy the Calendula cream, but the Waitrose Bottom Butter next to it was recommended by British moms, and the ingredients seemed good, so I applied it all over my baby's body and face. Now the skin is soft and supple, and the hives have subsided. I'll definitely be repurchasing this! 🙂
ConsThe texture is a bit like Vaseline, so some dust-like particles may stick to it.

I'm most pleased with the honest ingredients, and it has a dramatic effect on rashes. The texture is matte but absorbs well.
ConsMy baby has delicate, white skin and allergies, and aside from the rash, there's no dramatic effect. If I don't apply it frequently, it dries out and the irritation doesn't improve.

I always buy one or two whenever I go back and forth to the UK. Even in the UK, there are only three or four available, and those are all bought by Koreans^^ The ingredients are so clean that you can just apply it, and the large volume makes it convenient to use. I found it to be very effective.
ConsIt seems to be sensitive to temperature. It melts easily, so you have to be careful. It's best to keep it in a cool place. You shouldn't leave it on a warm floor, as it will melt and be a disaster. ㅋㅋㅋ
TipWhen you apply it to the baby's groin area, or the parts where the skin folds, like the legs or arms, or the neck, it forms a coating. Gently blowing on it after applying it makes it even better.

The ingredients are gentle, so it's good. I also apply it to my face before bed instead of a nourishing cream. When I wake up the next day, my skin becomes soft and supple like a rice cake.
ConsIt's so soft and supple that when I apply it and go to bed, my bangs don't go down for a week...
TipFor me, it works better than most nourishing creams. If you want to provide nourishment and moisture to your skin, thoroughly exfoliate first, then apply it generously and go to sleep.

It doesn't contain any harmful ingredients and has a nice fragrance, so I've been applying it frequently as a moisturizer for my face and body after my babies were born. After using a soothing gel for my newborn's eczema, applying the Baby Bottom Butter helped clear it up quickly.
ConsThe thick consistency means it takes a long time to absorb, and if you put on clothes right after applying it, the cream will transfer to your clothes.
TipIt's better to apply an essence or other lightweight skin product first, then follow up with the Baby Bottom Butter.
