When Bepanthen stopped working, a friend recommended this. I'm so impressed - I slather it on before bedtime, and by morning, the rash is completely gone. It's truly an excellent product.
ConsI wonder if you can build up a tolerance to this over time. There were a few instances when it didn't work during severe outbreaks. As I'm nearing the end of the tube, I wish it came with a spatula. It gets stuck under my nails when applying.

I have sensitive combination skin, but even when I slather it on generously before bed, I wake up with no blemishes and super soft skin. It's my go-to when my skin feels dry. The scent is gentle, like a mix of coconut and powder. For Baby: When my little one suddenly started having 7-8 bowel movements a day, diaper rash became an issue. I tried three products: Bepanthen, Burt's Bees, and Waitrose. Burt's Bees leaves a white residue even after a diaper change and doesn't wash off easily with water. Bepanthen is too sticky, and I used it so much for cracked nipples that the smell alone brings back painful memories... The Waitrose product has a thicker consistency, but it spreads well when patted on, thanks to the warmth from my hands and baby's body temperature. With Burt's Bees, it felt like I was stamping white marks on the skin... So for severe rash, I used Burt's Bees, and for milder cases, I applied Waitrose. Lately, I've been using this as a saliva rash cream on the face - it works! My little one tends to bury their face on surfaces, so I'm not sure if it's rubbing off or absorbing... I need to reapply after a while. Interestingly, my baby cries when I apply Badger Baby Balm, but not when I use this Bottom Balm!
ConsI guess this is the price in Korea? When I bought it in the UK, I used it generously, but trying to repurchase in Korea, it seems quite expensive~
TipFor moms, use it as a moisturizer or night cream! Great for dry hands and elbows too. For babies, it can be used as a bottom balm and also works well for saliva rash.

I stumbled upon this cream and researched it on the Hwahae app, which confirmed it was free of harmful ingredients, so I decided to purchase it. Although I've only been using it for a short time, I keep it close at hand and apply it several times a day. My once bright red skin has almost completely calmed down. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I wanted to share this in hopes of helping others who suffer from dyshidrotic eczema or skin rashes. For reference, I have allergies and atopic dermatitis, making my skin super sensitive. Apparently, it's a cream British mothers use on their babies' bottoms, but I apply it all over my face and body. I have a feeling this might become my holy grail cream... It's such a relief!
ConsThere are no downsides. However, while it worked well for my dry skin, those with oily skin might find it too rich.
TipI initially bought this for moisturizing my feet due to dyshidrotic eczema. I apply it generously to my feet, put on socks, and go about my day. When I take them off, I find my feet free of dead skin cells and incredibly soft. Also, when doing makeup, mixing a small amount with foundation guarantees a flawless complexion!

I'm also using it occasionally on areas of my face where dead skin cells build up. It's great - my skin feels so hydrated!
ConsThe scent is a bit of a toss-up - sometimes it seems nice, other times not so much. I'm on the fence about getting used to it! It's not terribly bothersome though.

I was about to buy the Calpol Calendula cream, but I noticed the Waitrose Bottom Butter next to it. It's apparently a favorite among British moms, and the ingredients looked good too. I applied it all over my baby's body and face, and wow! The skin became so soft and glowy, and even the rashes calmed down. I'll definitely be repurchasing this, no doubt about it!
ConsThe texture is a bit like Vaseline, so it might attract dust and small particles.

What I love most is its honest ingredients, and it works wonders on rashes. The texture is matte but absorbs well into the skin.
ConsMy baby has fair, delicate skin and allergies, but apart from helping with rashes, there's no dramatic effect. If you don't apply it frequently, the dryness persists and the scratching doesn't improve.

Whenever I travel to the UK, I always make sure to buy one. Interestingly, even in the UK, there are only a few in stock, and apparently, it's all Korean customers buying them! The ingredients are so clean that you can apply it liberally, and the large size makes it convenient to use. It worked really well for me.
ConsIt seems to be sensitive to temperature. It tends to melt and get mushy, so it's best to keep it in a cool place when using. I wouldn't recommend leaving it on a warm floor - I learned that the hard way when it melted and made a mess!
TipIt's great for applying to baby's groin area, or where skin folds on the legs, arms, and neck. It forms a protective layer, almost like a coating. For even better results, gently blow on it after application.

I love that the ingredients are gentle. I also apply it to my face before bed as a nourishing cream. When I wake up the next morning, my skin feels so supple and bouncy - like soft rice cakes!
ConsIt's so sticky that when I apply it before bed, my bangs end up looking like I haven't washed my hair in a week...
TipIt works better for me than most nourishing creams! If you want to nourish your skin and give it deep hydration, thoroughly exfoliate to remove dead skin cells, then apply a generous amount before going to sleep.

With no harmful ingredients and a pleasant scent, I've been applying it frequently on my face and body as a moisturizer for my little ones since they were born. When I applied it after using a soothing gel for newborn heat rash, it healed quickly!
ConsDue to its thick consistency, it takes a while to absorb. If you put on clothes right after applying it to your body, it gets completely absorbed by the fabric.
TipIt works better if you apply the Baby Bottom Butter after using an essence or other lightweight skincare products.
