My friend's older sister brought this from the UK, and I used it when I had my first child. It has a rich texture and seems to provide excellent hydration. Trying to buy it here... it's quite expensive. I wish the price was a bit more affordable. - rb*******Dry SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedOct 26, 2018
It's so moisturizing! I have extremely dry skin, but I can see it's actually improving. I'm quite upset... The cream container doesn't list potential allergens, so I've been using this product for ages, firmly believing it was completely gentle. The absorption isn't great. It's quite thick and heavy... But if you warm it up between your hands, it spreads more easily. I mix it with another moisturizer when I apply it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2018
The scent is lovely and the hydration is top-notch. I've been using Waitrose exclusively for both my little ones since they were newborns. Unfortunately, it's becoming harder to find in stores. While it doesn't glide on effortlessly, it's easy to apply if you warm it in your hands first. Although it's marketed as a bottom butter, I find it works even better as an all-over body emulsion. - ju*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJan 25, 2018
First off, it's incredibly moisturizing and has an excellent absorption for a butter-type product. It doesn't have a strong chemical scent like some cosmetics, and my kids love applying it because they say it smells like chocolate. I didn't experience any blemishes, so I was planning to keep using it. But when I looked up the ingredients... Oh no, it contains potential allergens. When applied to children's faces, it absorbs well without feeling sticky, leaving their skin nicely hydrated. - bo********Combination SkinAcne SkinJan 6, 2018
I bought this for my child's extremely dry body skin. When using other body emulsions, they would scratch due to itchiness every night. Since switching to this, the scratching has significantly decreased. It's surprisingly generous in use, but perhaps because I apply it all over the body, it doesn't seem to last very long. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 21, 2017
When applied to dry areas, it definitely makes the skin super soft! It seems perfect for winter. My son's whole body cracks in winter, so I deliberately looked for something moisturizing even if it's a bit thick. This works great! Applying it is quite... challenging. It's difficult to put clothes on after application due to its stickiness! In summer, it feels like oil floating on the skin, making me wonder if I should throw it away. But I realized it's because the product itself has a texture of solidified oil. While it's good for spring, fall, and winter, you absolutely shouldn't use it in summer. If you find it inconvenient to apply and feel uncomfortable due to its thick texture, try mixing it with a small amount of cream or emulsion. It works much better that way! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 7, 2017
I tried this product on a friend's recommendation, and I must say, it's quite good for its price point. The hydration is decent, and I appreciate that before the reformulation, it only contained oil-based ingredients. This made me feel comfortable using it. I've been applying it generously all over my face and body, and I'm seeing great results! It's a bit disappointing that after the reformulation, they've added other additives besides oils. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinNov 6, 2017
My baby's skin is super sensitive, so I've been searching for the right product. This one scoops up easily with my fingers and feels so soft when I apply it. It's working well for us! The butter-like texture doesn't spread as easily as I'd like. I've been mixing it with my baby's emulsion to improve the application. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 25, 2017
When my little one was around 4 months old, we faced our first seasonal change and noticed some mild eczema symptoms. I heard that moisturizing is crucial for eczema, so I tried Physiogel AI cream due to its good reviews. However, both its price and hydration didn't live up to its reputation. That's when I discovered this product. It's affordable enough to apply generously, has safe ingredients, and provides excellent hydration. I feel comfortable using it on my baby's sensitive skin. Since it comes in a balm form, I worry about getting it under my nails when scooping out the product. Also, it feels a bit heavy for summer use, so I tend to use it during other seasons. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 17, 2017
When my skin gets so dry it cracks in winter, applying this to my legs, hands, and feet before bed makes them noticeably softer. The coconut scent is so strong it gives me a headache. It runs down my face when applied. Though I live in England and have a child, this product seems more popular in Korea. In the UK, Sudocrem and Bepanthen are the most commonly used diaper creams.
