Hmm... nothing. The fact that it can only be purchased in the US? I wish the 'eye' makeup remover, instead of the 'lip and eye' remover, had been brought to Korea.

I had to buy an eye makeup remover, so I bought one from the Target store near my house without any expectations. But it's really good. My eyes don't sting at all. There's no hazy vision symptom and it removes makeup cleanly. I paid the full price without any sale, but the price is also reasonable. It's the best!👍👍

When I used the Kissme mascara, the mascara wouldn't come off cleanly unless I used the dedicated eye makeup remover. But I happened to try this product while abroad, and it removed the mascara smoothly. I've been purchasing and using it consistently ever since~

The container opening is very inconvenient. There's no adjustable dispenser, and the opening is quite large. The seal on the new product is also missing.

To be honest, if I were in Korea, I probably wouldn't have bought and used this. There are so many more affordable products on Hwahae with better ingredients that also remove makeup well... But the product itself is good enough to make me lose my one-sided distrust of Neutrogena.

I'm not sure how many bottles I've used already. The cleansing power is good and it's not drying (it has some oil content), so I actually liked it even more. I just use this to remove my makeup.

Be sure to shake it before use, and after using, wipe the eye area again with a clean cotton swab or pad. The remaining oil can harden into white flakes or eye gunk the next day. It can be drying, so wipe it off and apply a lotion afterwards.

This seems gentler than other lip and eye makeup removers. It's less irritating when removing mascara, and the price is affordable, which I like.

I used to only use a cleansing oil that worked well for me, but then I was recommended a gentle one and decided to try it. Fortunately, it didn't cause any breakouts, so I've been using it consistently.
It does make my eyes a bit blurry if I use too much, but not as much as the cleansing oil. The cleansing oil I used before would sometimes sting my eyes as well.
Since I tend to layer a lot of eye makeup, this product alone doesn't completely remove everything, but it does make cleansing much easier as a first step.
The product does have a slight alcohol scent, but I don't find it to be too strong. I actually prefer that over floral scents that some cosmetics have.

There's almost nothing to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, the scent isn't particularly pleasant.
But since I'm using it for the oil-free ingredients, that's not an issue for me at all.

If you see this overseas, be sure to bring it back! When used, it's not at all irritating and is incredibly gentle. Yet, it still removes well!!

As you'll find out when you use it, the oil layer separates, so you need to shake it well before use to mix it properly. Be careful with the contents as they tend to pour out easily.

Maybe because it doesn't have any fragrance, the smell is not great. It has a kind of clay-like smell. There's a strong artificial chemical smell. I'm not sure if it's because I used the smaller size, but when I open the lid, the contents tend to gush out, which has caused some spills.

It's a great product. When all the makeup removers were sold out in the US, I went to a local store (I think it was Target) and bought a smaller size. It has great cleansing power, is available worldwide, and has a reasonable price. The cleansing ingredients are all good, so I recommend it.
