The scent is subtly pleasant. I'm not sure if it's an advantage, but the texture is quite thick, almost like an ointment. As expected from its thick consistency, it feels a bit rich. The staying power seems decent for combination skin. - ev******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2023
Among the three products in the More Moisturizing Green Tea Cream line, this one is the heaviest and offers the best hydration for dry skin types. (While it's the heaviest of the three, it's not overly rich compared to other heavy creams on the market.) Personally, I found a great seasonal routine using the Tony Moly More Moisturizing Green Tea Cream line. I use this cream in winter, the water cream in spring and fall, and the gel cream in summer. This way, each texture works perfectly for different seasons. It has a slightly rich consistency but absorbs well and spreads smoothly. The excellent absorption means there's no pilling when applying makeup, which is fantastic. This cream seems better suited for dry skin rather than oily. However, if you have oily skin and are looking for a product with a moderate richness, it might be worth trying. While it's moisturizing, those with very dry skin might find the lasting power a bit lacking. For those with dry skin like mine, you need to address deep dryness first to make the moisturizing effect last longer! Also, this product goes on sale quite often, so it's a great deal if you buy the larger size during a sale! - su*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedNov 20, 2022
I have combination skin, and while acne was my main concern in my 20s, now in my mid-30s, I find my face feeling tight during seasonal changes, necessitating a cream. The ingredients are great, and I managed to snag it on sale. After applying it at night, my skin feels incredibly soft by morning. The texture is a bit thick, and while I hoped it would make my face feel moisturized, it only smooths the surface without addressing the deep dryness. I'll need to apply a hydrating cream first and then layer this on top. While it's affordable enough to use generously, even slathering it on doesn't prevent my skin from feeling tight. Try applying a hydrating cream first, then generously layer this cream on top. You'll wake up to beautifully soft skin the next morning. - da*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedAug 5, 2021
I've tried all three products in the hydrating line, and this one has the best moisturizing power. It's perfect for winter use. The ingredients are impressively good too. I'm very satisfied. The formula is quite heavy for summer use, so it's inconvenient to have to switch products based on the season. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 10, 2021
Hmm, nothing particularly stood out, but I liked the first impression because of its rich texture! Unfortunately, it pills when you apply a second layer... I have dry skin on my U-zone and combination dehydrated skin on my T-zone, but this just sits on top of my skin... Both deep dryness and surface dryness weren't resolved. The effectiveness was just... meh? I found it works wonderfully when applied to feet or body! It feels so refreshing. If you're looking for a light body emulsion, this is great! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2021
I really enjoyed using this cream because it's not sticky or greasy at all I used it without any complaints. You should definitely buy it! - tn*******Combination SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresJan 9, 2021
✔️Texture - The consistency is neither too thin nor too thick, but you can feel a certain richness and substance to it. ✔️Application - Due to its slightly rich texture, it doesn't spread as easily. You need to apply it a bit more carefully. ✔️Absorption - Similarly, rather than absorbing quickly, you need to gently pat it in for better absorption. It can feel a bit heavy on the skin at times. ✔️Hydration - While it has a richer consistency, it seems to provide good nourishment and hydration to the skin. For someone like me who prioritizes easy application and quick absorption, these aspects were a bit disappointing. - se*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2021
If you enjoy a fresh-feeling intense cream, I highly recommend this! Its strong point is that it doesn't feel heavy, unlike typical intense creams. It's just right - neither too much nor too little - a perfectly balanced cream. Great for combination to dry skin types, it has no harmful ingredients and a moderately hydrating texture. It's not too thick or runny, making it easy to use. The cream absorbs well into the skin, which is fantastic! While it may not have extraordinary ingredients or effects, considering its price point, it's a decent cream that I'm happily using. As someone with dry skin, I noticed that when I applied a thin layer in winter, it absorbed completely but left my skin feeling quite dry afterwards. So, if you have extremely dry skin or it's winter, you might find it drying, so I slightly discourage it for those conditions! You can combat the cream's drying effect by mixing it with bio-oil before application! This product seems to pair well with oils. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 31, 2020
For those with dry and sensitive skin - the worst combo in winter - this product is a keeper! In winter, dry skin becomes parched to the core due to the relentless tag team of cold winds and heaters. I've always been a cream nomad, searching for that truly rich moisturizer. Then I discovered this gem from the green tea line, which hasn't upset my skin before. It's much thicker than regular moisturizers and feels like it stays on the skin longer. I use different creams for morning and night, and this one's perfect for evenings due to its long-lasting effect! It's more about nourishment than pure hydration, so it might not suit oily skin types. It's too heavy to use as a base before makeup. The rich texture might make oily skin types look a bit too shiny. - hy*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 28, 2020
The gentle ingredients were great for my sensitive skin and didn't cause any blemishes Despite being an intense cream, it felt a bit dry when used alone during winter
