Since it is in a tube form and the cap is not closed properly,
the contents can flow out, likely due to its gel-like texture.
A pump-type would probably be more convenient to use.

The main reason is that it is mildly acidic.
It is also fragrance-free and can be used comfortably for morning cleansing.

The formula is a bit clumpy and doesn't come out easily, making it inconvenient to use.
And if you're not careful, a big chunk of it can suddenly drop into the sink.

Regardless of the ingredients, it was actually quite gentle, and I didn't experience any worsening of skin troubles while using it.
After seeing a post saying this product mostly contains cleansing ingredients, I felt uneasy and stopped using it, buying another one instead.
But when I was using this product, I didn't have any skin inflammation or anything like that.
After trying other mildly acidic products, even if my skin didn't improve much, at least it's better than it being in a worse state.

I wash my face in the morning. Since I always wear makeup, I do deep cleansing in the evening. On days I don't wear makeup, I just use this for my facial wash. It feels like it just removes impurities!

The lid really, really leaks... It's about half used, half leaking... I bought it before the renewal, and it wasn't that bad then, but the new one I bought is no joke...

I used to have acne, so I looked around for different things, and they told me to wash my face with water in the morning. But I thought, 'What? Oil is amazing, how can I live a day by just washing with water?' I didn't even believe the slightly acidic ones would be the same as the others, so I bought it, thinking I'd just get scammed.

But in the evening, I wash my face with oil, and in the morning, I wash with this. Since it's a gel foam, it doesn't lather much. But after washing, there's no oiliness, just a moisturized, supple feeling.
I have dry skin, but there's no tightness at all!! And there's no oily, shiny feeling either!!

You won't regret buying it, haha. It's also inexpensive!

After using more than 2/3 of the product, my face would turn reddish every time I used it. I'm not sure about any specific blemishes, but my skin wouldn't calm down and became blotchy. Even though it's labeled as mildly acidic, it's actually more irritating than Dr. Woods' castile soap.

There didn't seem to be much that was particularly good about it. I just bought and tried it out because it looked nice when it was on sale. I needed a mildly acidic facial cleanser for morning use. But it was just so-so, neither good nor bad, though at some point my skin started looking blotchy when I used only this product.

It seems better to use a gentler and better cleansing product. There are many better products than this one, right?

I use a whisk, but since it's a gel, the foam doesn't come out well.
After cleansing, there's a slightly slippery feeling, and I personally don't like it, so I didn't use it much.
Also, the lid is flimsy, so the contents come out even without pressing with your hand.

They said it can be used as a shampoo.. It also seems fine to use it as a hand sanitizer. Oh, and by the way, it's great to use it when washing your feet - it reduces foot odor! I sweat a lot, and it works really well. Give your feet a chance!

The packaging has a critical problem.
The product seems to be a gel-type, so it keeps leaking out.
Additionally, the lid keeps accumulating the product.
If I wipe away the accumulated product, it fills up again.
Since this is a product that needs to be stored in a humid environment, it is not ideal from a hygiene standpoint.
The amount used and the amount discarded are becoming similar.

Even though it's a mildly acidic foam cleanser, it seems to have an excessive amount of undesirable oil components, which is very disappointing. The mildly acidic ingredients are supposed to provide the benefit of minimal tightness and well-maintained moisture after cleansing, but it feels like they've just imitated that effect with those oil-like components, and that may be the reason for the severe clogged pores. As a result, my skin condition has actually worsened. I would strongly recommend thoroughly checking the ingredients before using this product!

Affordable price.. Not much else? Just that the fragrance is nice?

Since the lather is a bit weak, I end up having to scrub a bit harder ㅜㅜ I'm trying to roll it on the skin without directly touching it with my hands.

It's gentle. Seems perfect for morning cleansing. The Japanese mildly acidic products sold at Olive Young didn't work for me, but this one is good :) 
My boyfriend has atopic dermatitis, and when he uses products that don't agree with him, his skin immediately becomes irritated, itchy, and develops pimples. My goal was to find a product he could use, and this cleansing product is the one.
After using it myself, the tightness has also decreased, and the occasional large pimples that used to appear around my mouth have decreased as well.
The tea tree scent is also not unpleasant.
