Pros
Regardless of the ingredients, it was actually quite gentle, and I didn't experience any worsening of skin troubles while using it. After seeing a post saying this product mostly contains cleansing ingredients, I felt uneasy and stopped using it, buying another one instead. But when I was using this product, I didn't have any skin inflammation or anything like that. After trying other mildly acidic products, even if my skin didn't improve much, at least it's better than it being in a worse state. I'm currently in the middle of treating sudden inflammation from using another product (that was supposedly good).
Cons
The formula is a bit clumpy and doesn't come out easily, making it inconvenient to use. And if you're not careful, a big chunk of it can suddenly drop into the sink.

This is really, really, really good. I used to have acne, so I looked around for different things, and they told me to wash my face with water in the morning. But I thought, 'What? Oil is amazing, how can I live a day by just washing with water?' I didn't even believe the slightly acidic ones would be the same as the others, so I bought it, thinking I'd just get scammed. But in the evening, I wash my face with oil, and in the morning, I wash with this. Since it's a gel foam, it doesn't lather much. But after washing, there's no oiliness, just a moisturized, supple feeling. I have dry skin, but there's no tightness at all!! And there's no oily, shiny feeling either!! You won't regret buying it, haha. It's also inexpensive!

The lid really, really leaks... It's about half used, half leaking... I bought it before the renewal, and it wasn't that bad then, but the new one I bought is no joke...

This is a great entry-level mild cleansing product with an affordable price, allowing you to use it without burden. I usually cleanse first with a cleansing oil, then follow up with this product. Using a cleansing brush helps compensate for the lack of lather. After the double cleanse, you can also use this as a simple mask pack. Long-term use is required to see the full effects.
