I'm a bit of a fanatic about Aquafer in the middle of winter, so I just bought it without hesitation. But it didn't feel sticky at all, and even when I washed my hair, it was soft. There was no slippery feeling, and it was moisturizing. After trying it, I loved it so much that I bought the large size, which has a pump dispenser, and that was even better.
