It's a vibrant coral shade that perfectly complements my deep undertone. It's absolutely gorgeous! I love mixing it with other colors for a customized look. As always with Innisfree lip products, the scent is disappointing. The strong cosmetic fragrance is really off-putting. Also, the magnetic case feels too heavy. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 26, 2021
I'm really satisfied with the color! I've been using it almost every day! It tends to emphasize dead skin cells, so you need to be meticulous with lip care... - qu**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 25, 2020
1. Color It's a bright pink-coral! This color is absolutely perfect for me, a light skin tone with deep undertones. There's no white cast, so it looks great even when I've toned my hair down to almost black, without appearing too stark. 2. Longevity True to its matte nature, it has excellent staying power. I'd say it lasts about 5 hours. 3. Packaging The magnetic case makes it easy to open and close. I love the satisfying snap when it shuts! Compared to other matte lipsticks, it seems to emphasize dead skin cells more. Even though I moisturize my lips with lip balm every night, gently exfoliate, and apply a rich lip balm like Vaseline for maintenance, this product still tends to highlight flaky skin. A full lip application looks the most beautiful. If you use it as a blush, you'll achieve that delicate, pure beauty look. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 3, 2020
If you have warm undertones, you'll absolutely adore this peachy coral shade! It's a color that truly brightens up your complexion. I fell in love with the case - it's magnetic, so you'll never have to worry about losing the cap. As a matte lipstick, it applies incredibly smoothly. Once you've applied it, there's zero transfer! The moment you apply it, it seems to highlight every bit of dead skin cells on your lips, even ones you didn't know were there! The light color might be making it more noticeable, but it was quite a shock. The application isn't the smoothest either - it feels a bit stiff when you put it on. Make sure to exfoliate your lips thoroughly before using this product for the best results. - lu***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 20, 2020
The color is truly beautiful. It's a charming pink-coral shade. This would be perfect for those with deep undertones. It emphasizes dead skin cells quite noticeably and is extremely matte, which makes it feel somewhat dry when applying. I wouldn't want to use it daily. It ended up being tucked away in my drawer, unfortunately. If you're going to wear it, I strongly recommend applying lip balm first. It's just too matte otherwise! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 3, 2020
The color is beautiful, and when applied lightly, it looks so natural, just like my original lip color - I absolutely love it! It's matte, so there's some emphasis on dead skin cells, but that's unavoidable and totally fine. The magnetic case makes closing the lid easy and fun. The magnet is strong, so it won't come loose even if it's bouncing around in my makeup bag. When applied to my lips, it had a slightly pinker tone compared to how it looked on the back of my hand. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 28, 2019
My lips tend to be dry, so I usually apply lip balm before lipstick. First off, the color payoff is true to the shade and absolutely gorgeous. I love that it has a magnetic closure, giving it a satisfying snap when you close it. The sleek black case is also very stylish! After wearing this lipstick during the day and cleansing in the evening, I noticed itching and swelling around my lip line. I've been trying not to scratch, instead pressing gently with my fingernails to avoid making it worse. I checked the ingredients on Hwahae and discovered it contains components known to cause skin irritation. I'm wondering if I should switch to a different lipstick. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 7, 2019
It's lightweight and the color payoff is beautifully different between a single swipe and multiple applications, making it easy to create various looks depending on your mood or outfit. It slightly emphasizes dead skin cells and the staying power is a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 7, 2019
Before reading this review, please note that Innisfree has been implicated in the #MeToo movement. I was surprised by how different this product looked in the tube versus on my lips. In the packaging, it appeared to be a red coral, but on my lips, it transformed into a light pink coral. It's not a deep pink coral, but a softer shade that's perfect for spring. This color would be ideal for those with deep undertones, especially those with light skin tones. What's impressive is that it barely emphasizes dead skin cells. For me, it was too light to wear alone, so I used it as a base and applied another lipstick on the inner part of my lips. Even though both were matte, there was no emphasis on flaky skin. I've never experienced a lipstick that's so forgiving on dry lips - it's truly remarkable. When touching up, the lipstick doesn't clump or apply patchily. One reason I often avoid lipsticks, especially in summer, is because they melt and clump. But this one? Oh wow... it applies smoothly no matter how many layers you add. Despite being a lipstick, it has impressive staying power. I used this as a base and ate three bowls of rice (yes, I'm a bit of a glutton), but surprisingly, a good amount of color remained. This aspect really impressed me. The magnetic case makes the lipstick itself feel a bit heavy. It's my first time using a magnetic lipstick, and I was surprised by its weight when I picked it up. I should have checked the ingredients... Unfortunately, it contains BHT, which is the ingredient that disagrees with me the most. BHT is known to potentially cause hair loss, so I wouldn't recommend this to those sensitive to such ingredients. The color in the tube differs from how it appears on the lips. While it looked like a red coral in the packaging, it applied as a very light pink coral on my lips, which was a bit disappointing. Since I was expecting a red coral, the disappointment was even more pronounced. I was torn between shade 1 and 2, but the sales associate said, 'This shade 1 seems to suit your skin better, and it's perfect for spring.' So I bought shade 1... but I'm having a bit of regret now. I wish I had chosen a completely different shade. I've always assumed I had a deep undertone with light skin, but seeing how this lipstick looks on me, maybe that's not the case. However, bright colors with deep undertones don't suit me either... So I'm not warm or cool-toned? (sigh) Could I possibly be a summer cool tone? Next time I buy a lipstick, I'll try a cool-toned one. - ps*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2019
The color is a lovely coral-orange-peach that's perfect for spring. It's somewhere between a soft salmon and a bright orange shade. I've been craving a matte lip lately rather than a velvet texture, and this one is just right - not overly dry, but with a matte finish. On a moisturized base, it glides on smoothly like a lip balm, while on bare lips or a matte base, it gives that desired matte look. I'm thrilled with it! However, the application feel and longevity aren't entirely perfect, so I'd give it about 4.5 stars. Still, it's a huge improvement from Innisfree's previous lipsticks and lip tints - I'm quite satisfied! After coming to write a review, I realized the ingredients aren't as good as I thought. That's why I'm deducting half a star, making it 4 stars. Innisfree, please improve the formula! You can use this as a base and layer different pink or orange shades on top to create various coral or orange looks!
