  The way this absorbs is truly fantastic. Although it's called a balm, it feels more like a cream with higher hydration and less richness, which I love. It's perfect to apply before makeup without any pilling. I highly recommend it!

  My skin feels less oily, pores are less visible, and my complexion becomes soft and smooth. It also helps with redness and strengthens my weakened skin barrier. I'm very satisfied and using it well. I bought it a few years ago, finished the whole bottle, and now I'm planning to repurchase.

  Cons

  The quantity is a bit small, so it runs out quickly. That's slightly disappointing.

  Tip

  I'm using Purecell pixcell biom, followed by Lession skin and essence emulsion, then this product. After that, I spray on Purecell mist and finish with Elroel cushion sunscreen. My skin has been improving with this routine. It's been about 5 days, and I think it will continue to work well, so I plan to keep trying this regimen.

  For those with combination dehydrated skin, this product offers excellent hydration without any greasy feeling, which I found very satisfying. The product description mentioned it helps reduce redness, and it truly did minimize my skin's redness significantly. It also contains houttuynia cordata, which seems beneficial for blemishes. Being a drugstore item, the price is quite reasonable. I really hope they don't discontinue this product...

  There's nothing particularly bad to mention... It would be nice if they offered a larger size option. I'm worried it might be discontinued because not enough people know about it.

  Tip

  You can apply it generously without feeling heavy on the skin. I like to apply a thick layer at night and gently pat it in for better absorption.

  It absorbs quickly and has a very light finish rather than feeling heavy. It's more like a hydrating moisturizer than a night balm! With consistent use, I've noticed it's gentle and seems to reduce redness too!

  My redness has definitely faded significantly. As someone who usually feels uncomfortable with too much emulsion on my face, I appreciate how thinly this applies.

  Cons

  It's fragrance-free, which might not appeal to everyone. When I apply makeup over this, I notice quite a bit of pilling. Also, the price... it seems rather high for the amount you get.
