  I have dry skin with whiteheads and blemishes. I couldn't stand using oils, so I've been using cleansing water for the first cleanse, the Kiehl's cleanser for the second, and a foam cleanser for the third cleanse only in the evenings. I happened to receive a Kiehl's sample, and I'm satisfied with the gentle ingredients, good cleansing power for the second cleanse, and most importantly, the non-irritating, gentle, and non-drying finish. At first, I thought it was a lotion because of the texture when squeezed, but it's actually a gel category. The lather also foams up nicely, and I'm using it very well.
