This was the first time I tried this mild cleanser when my acne was really flaring up! And for that reason, the visible acne has significantly decreased!!

I only use it on days when I wear makeup, as I find the product a bit awkward to use on its own. I always finish with a foam cleanser.

The price is a bit disappointing for a second cleanse, but since it suits me well, I'm using it. There's still that characteristic Kiehl's 'watery' feeling to the ingredients...

I have dry skin with whiteheads and blemishes.
I couldn't stand using oils, so I've been using cleansing water for the first cleanse, the Kiehl's cleanser for the second, and a foam cleanser for the third cleanse only in the evenings.
I happened to receive a Kiehl's sample, and I'm satisfied with the gentle ingredients, good cleansing power for the second cleanse, and most importantly, the non-irritating, gentle, and non-drying finish. At first, I thought it was a lotion because of the texture when squeezed, but it's actually a gel category. The lather also foams up nicely, and I'm using it very well.

The cucumber cleanser was initially soap-free and sulfate-free, so even sensitive, dry skin could use it without worry. However, it seems the formula has changed over time. The US website still lists it as sulfate-free, though.

My dry, dehydrated skin does not feel tight or dry even when using this product morning and evening. I double cleanse with the cleansing oil and cucumber cleanser, and it gently removes makeup residue without irritating my skin, so I have been using this product consistently.

There's not much to complain about, but the price is a bit disappointing. The ingredients are hit or miss - it really depends on your skin. If it works for you, great. I actually had some issues with this before when I used a product with no irritants, and ended up getting clogged pores and breakouts.

I've been using this for a while and it cleanses well and helps calm down any breakouts. It's slightly acidic, lathers up nicely, and leaves a soft, moisturized finish. I don't like that tight, squeaky-clean feeling, but this is perfect.
