Pros
🧑23 has a yellow complexion, but the redness makes the skin appear flushed. Not sure if they are a warm spring or warm autumn, but they use colors that seem pretty or well-suited for them at different times. 1) The application is smooth. Even though it's a velvet tint, the texture is so soft that it applies more smoothly than other velvet tints. 2) It's good for those with light warm spring tones, and even among warm springs, for those who can pull off a fluorescent look. I bought it thinking it would be an orange coral with a hint of red, but if you don't apply it thickly, it gives more of a pink coral feel with a slight fluorescent look. (I personally despise pink coral and fluorescence. But the color selection issue is not a flaw of the product...)

1) It's not a velvet tint. I've used many velvet tints, and this one felt the least velvety. The smooth application can be an advantage, but velvet tints need to have a slightly tacky texture for that velvety feel, and the finish isn't as powdery as I'd like. 2) The adhesion and longevity are disappointing. Not all velvet tints have great longevity, but this one doesn't adhere well to the lips and has a fleeting feel, so the longevity is also not great. Surprisingly, the color payoff is also quite weak. 3) The logo on the tint container wipes off easily. I don't really care much about tint container designs as long as they're not weird, but the fact that the logo wipes off makes it feel a bit like a drugstore tint.

Pros
I really liked the product overall!!! I'm not sure if it's because the color was the closest to what I was looking for, but I absolutely loved it! Even though it's a slightly matte product, it applies so smoothly. Those who are drawn to the color, I strongly recommend it!
Cons
For those with a lot of lip flakes, you may feel like it accentuates them a little.
Tip
I really like gradients, so I applied the lip balm in a very thin layer and then put on this tint, and it blended so naturally!! Those who want to do a gradient, apply the lip balm thinly and then use this tint!

Pros
The fragrance, texture, and application are all wonderful! This is my first time using Black Rouge, and it applies smoothly and has great color payoff! Most of all, it seems to capture the color really beautifully.
Cons
The longevity is a bit disappointing, and there is a lot of transfer after application. Be careful when drinking coffee from a mug!

Pros
The product applies smoothly and softly like whipped cream, and when fully applied, it adheres nicely and has a powdery finish. The color is on the brighter side, which illuminates my skin nicely. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would repurchase!
Cons
If you don't control the application amount properly, it can clump up. Also, the applicator tip can get clumped over time. If not for these issues, it would be a holy grail product for me. Additionally, it may not suit cool-toned skin types as well.
Tip
Using a sponge applicator can help maintain the powdery, smooth finish.

Pros
The application is really great! My dry skin disappears. It's matte but also soft and has a creamy texture, so it looks even prettier. The color The color is so beautiful! I wear this every day because it's just so pretty. Tip The heart-shaped applicator tip allows you to just dab it on your lips a few times and spread it with your finger! (I used to do this in the past) You can just swipe it on with the tip without getting any tint on your fingers, and it applies so nicely!
Cons
The only downside is that the color doesn't stain, so it wipes off right away if you eat something...But the color is so pretty that I can't help but wear it! Ah, and also...if you carry the tint around in your pocket, the 'Black Rose' label on the tint container can rub off...I don't know if it's because of the heat, but when I first used the Volpagina Peach, the brand name disappeared from carrying it around. But aside from those things, the application and color payoff are just so pretty. If you're thinking of buying it, I highly recommend it!

It glides on the lips softly and has a fluffy finish!!
