  This toner is perfect for my combination, dehydrated, and sensitive skin - it's like a 3-in-1 set! Even in summer, my skin is extremely dry except for the T-zone, but this toner is designed for combination skin. It provides maximum hydration while controlling excess oil! Other toners don't address deep dryness with just one application, but this one does the job in a single layer. When I'm putting extra effort into my makeup, I apply two layers before foundation, and my skin feels plump and bouncy! I absolutely love it! I'm on my second bottle (purchased with my own money), and the generous amount lasts quite a while!

  I'm so satisfied with this product that I can't find any downsides!

  Tip

  Try layering it twice when applying makeup! It eliminates deep dryness and leaves your skin firm, making makeup application a joy!

  I have oily, acne-prone skin and I've gone through 5 bottles of this - it's my holy grail! It's not greasy, but leaves my skin feeling moisturized and light. It also gives the sensation of exfoliating dead skin cells. My blemishes have significantly reduced.

  Cons

  None! This product is perfect. If I had to nitpick, maybe the opaque packaging? Or that it's a bit pricey?

  Effaclar is the absolute best for those pesky forehead bumps! In just a week of use, they completely disappeared and my skin's oil and moisture balance was perfectly restored. It's amazing!

  Cons

  While there's nothing to complain about performance-wise, the price is a bit steep. However, it's quite reasonable if you catch it on sale.

On dry days, I applied it twice after full absorption (I love that even with double application on my oily T-zone, it doesn't feel greasy).

  ✓ I didn't see any soothing effects on red blemishes. ✓ The volume is quite small. When used with cotton pads, it runs out faster than expected.

  My skin type is closer to combination dehydrated, without excessive oiliness. Sometimes I'm lazy and only apply toner, but this one has such great hydration that I don't feel any deep dryness. I've been using it for three years now.
