I tried a sample and was pleasantly surprised. While it felt a bit heavy and didn't give much glow on the back of my hand, it truly lived up to its name when applied to my face. It's not as natural as wearing nothing, but it's quite close. It feels like a thin, light layer that gives a subtle, natural glow without being overly shiny. The way it wears throughout the day is also quite clean and neat. Since it was a sample, I didn't get to choose the shade. As someone who usually uses pink-based products, I found this one had too much of a yellow undertone for my liking, which was a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 25, 2021
The packaging is so pretty! I bought it at duty-free when I saw this new product before my flight. The packaging was just too cute, so I got it as a set with the primer. From the moment I started applying my makeup, I felt it didn't suit me. It settles into fine lines quite badly... - cp**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 9, 2021
I've never seen a foundation with such excellent ingredients. While it has an overall yellow base, it doesn't leave you looking jaundiced. (I heard there's only one pink-based shade, but anyway.) It might be more helpful to think of it as beige rather than yellow. For those with redness, this beige tone works better than pink-based options. True to its name, it gives a beautiful glow that's absolutely radiant. The coverage is non-existent. If you buy the brush that's sold separately, you'll find yourself magically broke. You need to apply two layers for better results. The specific brush they sell isn't necessary - any brush will do (so you don't really need to buy it). - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 18, 2020
I bought this because my current foundation was drying out my skin... and it definitely doesn't make my face feel tight. But other than that, it's not really impressive... Despite being porcelain, the color isn't as light as expected. There's not much darkening, but it fades away as time passes. The scent is like an old man's cologne... I probably won't repurchase. - lo******Combination SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 18, 2020
I tried a sample of Parure Gold that I received with my purchase. It's lightweight and makes my skin look naturally flawless. Even though I chose a much lighter shade, the thin texture and excellent adherence make it a perfect match for my skin. It feels a bit dry without a moisturizer underneath. You'll need to find the right base product to really see this foundation shine. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJul 26, 2020
It's as comfortable on the skin as lingerie, but with better coverage, which I love Since it has good coverage, you need to take more time to apply and absorb it well compared to lingerie-like products - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 22, 2020
Here's my review after using half the bottle: The application is smooth even with a small amount. It has better coverage than Lancome Teint Idole. It's not too light, which is great! I usually use 01c, but even though I ordered this by mistake, it matches my skin tone well! The texture is a bit heavy and thick, so it can feel a bit dry. It's not ideal for winter use, but works well in summer! There's a unique scent to it. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedFeb 9, 2020
The fragrance is lovely and it gives you a beautiful skin texture. It also does a great job of concealing blemishes. Despite being a light shade, it has a yellow undertone. As the day progresses, it seems to darken, almost like it's oxidizing. - 21*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 29, 2019
First off, the packaging is so pretty! It looks a bit like a perfume bottle, not your typical foundation container, which I really like. The skin finish is truly beautiful. These days I'm lazy and just use a puff, but when I apply it with a pore brush, my skin looks absolutely gorgeous. The best part? It's just right - not too matte, not too dewy, which suits my skin perfectly. I don't like matte foundations because they feel heavy, and dewy ones make my hair stick to my face and don't offer much coverage. This one hits that sweet spot in between, which I prefer. While it's not high coverage, it doesn't darken and wears off gracefully. Usually, foundations tend to separate around my nose, but I didn't notice that with this one. Color-wise, I typically use shade 21, and this gives a neutral tone without looking overly bright. The packaging is pretty, but... it clogs up so easily. There's still plenty left, but the opening gets blocked, causing it to come out in tiny drops or suddenly gush out, wasting product more times than I can count. It also tends to settle into fine lines. I kept noticing it creasing around my mouth area, which was bothersome. Overall, I like the product, but the price is just too high... I'm not ruling out repurchasing, but I'm questioning if it's really worth that much. It works really well with a pore brush. - gl********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 30, 2019
For a foreign foundation, the ingredients are excellent, preventing blemishes and delivering great results. When I apply it with a pore brush, it gives a nice glow and makes my skin look healthy! Guerlain always disappoints with their color range... it's too dark. I'm about a shade 22, so it looks natural and fine on me, but for those with lighter skin tones, you might not get that bright, luminous effect you're after.
