It glides on smoothly and effortlessly. While it's on the firmer side, it doesn't clump up when applied. It has a rich feel that allows for a gentle application. Personally, I didn't experience any eye irritation. Despite not containing any pore-clogging ingredients, this product causes blemishes for me, so I only use it on my body. It feels a bit sticky due to its high oil content. Personally, I don't plan to repurchase it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 10, 2024
I haven't tried many sunscreens, but this is my favorite product after the Hera sunscreen (which I think costs around $50 for 50ml). While there's a slight white cast, it doesn't really feel like it's leaving a pale appearance. I usually mix my moisturizer with La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 cream, and the brightening effect is quite similar... I actually thought this might be a brightening moisturizer! There's a bit of stickiness that some others have mentioned. But I personally thought of it more as a pleasant bouncy texture... I guess it's a matter of perspective. Also, if you get oily, your hair might stick to your face a little, but I don't mind. You can just unstick it... haha! Anyway, I definitely recommend this product! Apply the stick all over your face, then use your fingers to spread it evenly for thorough coverage. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJul 6, 2024
The sunstick format makes it easy to apply with quick swipes. I'd recommend this for those with very dry skin that needs extra hydration. It's excessively rich and leaves my skin feeling way too greasy and sticky. I stocked up on the 1+1 deal, but I'll have to save it for winter use. In this scorching summer, when I went out wearing this, the combination of sweat and the oily residue left my complexion in a terrible state. The stick is also quite hard, making application uncomfortable. Plus, it leaves a noticeable white cast. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 1, 2022
As a mineral sunscreen, it's non-irritating and moisturizing, making it great for dry areas around the eyes or lips. It has a mild white cast and gentle feel, with no irritation or eye stinging. Perfect for quickly applying when you're in a hurry - it spreads easily, provides some coverage with its slight white cast, and gives a subtle glow that makes your complexion look healthy. It goes beyond moisturizing to feeling sticky and tacky. The milky texture makes it easy to remove, but it attracts hair and all kinds of dust, and transfers onto masks. Recommended for use only on dry areas around the eyes or as a lip balm alternative. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 20, 2022
It seems to brighten my complexion and provide good sun protection After application, it feels a bit sticky, and there's some pilling It's best to apply it by gently smoothing out any clumps as you spread it - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 2, 2021
As a mineral sunscreen, it's great that zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are listed as primary ingredients, indicating good sun protection. The sticky texture attracts hair and dust after application, which is disappointing. The product form could be improved. It's challenging to apply on contoured areas - you need to spread it with your hands after initial application. Also, I'm puzzled why my face starts tingling shortly after applying it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 13, 2020
My skin type: In winter, generally dry. As the weather warms up, oily T-zone and hairline, with the rest being normal :) I have a few small blemishes on my T-zone, and sensitive skin! Application: It glides on smoothly like a lip balm. It doesn't pill or cause much irritation! White cast: I prefer sunscreens with a slight white cast as I finish my skincare routine with sunscreen. This product has quite a noticeable white cast, which I like. Blemishes: I have sensitive, blemish-prone skin with some small bumps in my T-zone. Some sunscreens cause redness, but this one didn't trigger any breakouts! Ingredients: With only 1 out of 20 ingredients to be cautious about, it seems pretty good. Fragrance: The scent seems to be quite divisive. Personally, I found it okay. However, I'm not thrilled about the added fragrance. I think it would be fine without it. Stickiness: The applied areas feel a bit sticky and greasy. It seems to have quite a bit of oil content. Usually, the oiliness subsides over time, but with this one, it tends to linger. White cast: It's too white. I have a fair complexion, but when I wore this sunstick to school, people said my face looked unusually pale. This isn't a light, fresh-feeling sunscreen. I apply this product lightly under my eyes (aegyo-sal area), on the bridge of my nose, and on my forehead after using another sunscreen. It doesn't show much, but I use it for a subtle highlighting effect. Make sure to apply powder over it! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 1, 2020
It's easy to apply and has just the right amount of white cast that I wanted. However, that white cast disappears quickly, and it feels quite sticky. It works really well when you use it with an oil-control powder. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 19, 2020
There's a slight white cast, but overall it's a decent sunstick. I always use powder, but this felt a bit sticky, making it difficult for the powder to set properly. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 9, 2020
I loved that it didn't sting my eyes. It applies easily, and compared to other mineral sunscreens, there's hardly any white cast. Some reviews mention it's sticky, but for someone in their 40s like me, it's not an issue at all!
