This is one of my go-to cool-toned light lipsticks. It goes on with a clean, clear pink hue without any unnecessary frills. Given its cool light characteristics, applying it as a full lip color might be a bit overwhelming. While it's not a matte lipstick, it applies smoothly and isn't particularly hydrating. For those who suit cool light tones and prefer moisturizing lips, try applying lip balm first, then dab this lipstick only on the inner part of your lips and smudge for a gradient effect. It looks absolutely stunning. It's truly one of my holy grail lipsticks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 21, 2020
As a winter cool deep tone with shade 21 skin, I absolutely love the color. The texture is delightfully plump too. Some people complain about the scent, but I don't find it bothersome at all. For winter deep tones who struggle to find lip colors beyond MAC's Ruby Woo-esque reds, burgundies, or magentas, the Crush color is perfect for summer. It's like turning on a spotlight for your face! As a definite winter deep tone, this color is spot-on for me. While the lipstick appears to be a bright pink, the actual color payoff is surprisingly subtle. I usually prefer matte lips and want something similar to YSL Rouge Volupté Shine 49, but found it too moisturizing with poor staying power. If you felt the same, I highly recommend this! Downsides? There's nothing really to complain about. Both the color and texture are great. The only thing is that it's a bit pricey... Here's a tip: Try applying a bit of Tony Moly's Perfect Lips Shocking Lip 01 Pink Shocking as a base for a staining effect, then layer Crush on top. It enhances longevity and looks absolutely stunning! - db*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 30, 2019
As someone with a cool summer complexion, this product sticks perfectly to my lips and works great as a blush too! The adherence is excellent, and the staying power is pretty good for a lipstick! The only downside is that the scent isn't great. If we're talking about fragrance, BBIA is still the best... While it's beautiful as a lip color, when applied as a blush it gives such a subtle, watercolor-like effect!
