The case is pretty and the gauze fabric is incredibly soft. It's great that you can purchase refills separately to use. There also seems to be ample liquid, so it doesn't dry out easily.
Cons
The usage felt good, but my skin condition was a bit poor, so I used it for the first time in a while to calm it down, but real acne just kept popping up and wouldn't subside at all. Inflammatory milia popped up all over the place, and it's so sad. My skin is completely dry, but there's a lot of sebum on the surface. Please note that my skin is extremely sensitive.

Pros
It was nice that it was moisturizing despite being dry. The gauze was also soft and fluffy.
Cons
It was too heavy and I ended up turning it over after using it. I bought it because an All Young staff member recommended it, but it seems like many other people don't have the same experience as me - my skin ended up completely flipped over, for real.

I was trying out the product because I thought the hyaluronic acid and tea tree might not work well for hydration/soothing, but I'm very satisfied. I didn't have any trouble separately, and most importantly, the gauze pad was great for exfoliating - my skin feels like a peeled egg.
Cons
Don't use it when your skin is sensitive!! It's more of a product characteristic than a downside, but your skin will turn red when you use it if your skin is sensitive.

While they claim there are no bad ingredients, this product just didn't work for my skin. It wasn't irritating right away, but the next day I'd get a bunch of small pimples and deep, painful ones under the skin. I even tried using it on my body when my back was dry, and the next day I had a full-blown breakout there too. I think this product and my skin just don't agree with each other. The pads are also way too thick to use like a sheet mask.

The pure feeling was nice without any smell or irritation. It seems to have no fragrance and no irritation. I'm not sure about the soothing effect yet.
