The case is pretty and the gauze fabric is incredibly soft. It's great that you can purchase refills separately to use. There also seems to be ample liquid, so it doesn't dry out easily.
Cons
The usage felt good, but my skin condition was a bit poor, so I used it for the first time in a while to calm it down, but real acne just kept popping up and wouldn't subside at all. Inflammatory milia popped up all over the place, and it's so sad. My skin is completely dry, but there's a lot of sebum on the surface. Please note that my skin is extremely sensitive.

Pros
Among the Dermatory Cica line, other products are my holy grail, so I trust and use this line as well. I've used up about 3 refill packs. It seems to be good for using without major troubles. Even just by cleansing, I can feel a certain level of moisturizing effect.
Cons
The pads were sometimes thick and the pad material felt a bit irritating. After use, there was a slightly oily feeling, and on sensitive skin days, it would sometimes feel itchy. There were also occasions when small bumps would come up...
Tip
It's useful for quickly wiping and going when I'm too lazy to do my full skincare routine before work.

It was a bit oily and thick, so it didn't work well as a face mask.

Pros
The first layer has both mesh gauze and sponge gauze, which is an advantage as you can flip and use it according to the area that needs gentle care and the area with uneven texture. The essence had a slight milky appearance and a slight oily feel, which felt suitable for dry skin. As a dry-skinned person, I felt good after completely wiping it off, as my skin was adequately moisturized and soft. I also really liked that there was a holder on the lid to place the tweezers. I was worried about the tweezers getting dusty and contaminated since there was nowhere to put them, but being able to attach them to the lid was great. While not directly related, I was impressed that the outer box had detailed instructions on how to sort the packaging for disposal. This is a brand that cares about the environment!

Gently wiping your face with the rough gauze side can effectively exfoliate. I've used this and my stubborn acne has greatly improved! It's very moisturizing and there's no tightness after use. I think it would work well for dry skin types too. I heard about this from Sae-bae before and now I understand why she recommended it haha Highly recommended for exfoliation!

After using, it feels a bit too moisturizing, almost like using an ampoule (a bit greasy-looking).

I was satisfied with using the Dermatory Trouble Pore Pad, so I was curious about the more famous Cica Gauze Pad and purchased it. The two sides of the pad are made of different materials. One side has a rough, gauze-like feel, while the other side is soft. However, the gauze side is too rough, and the soft side is too smooth, so they are quite extreme opposites. I think it would be best to use the gauze side for wiping and the soft side for packing, but the gauze side feels a bit irritating on the skin. On the other hand, using the soft side for wiping doesn't provide a refreshing sensation as it is too smooth. The adhesion is good, so it sticks well to the skin! Most pad liquids have a watery toner-like texture, but this one has more of an essence-like liquid. In my opinion, it is a bit sticky and slightly oily. However, this could be good for dry skin types or for use in the winter. As a combination skin type, I'm not entirely sure about dryness.

Even though this product is very famous and highly recommended, it didn't quite work for me. As a combination skin type, I prefer pads that are moisturizing, refreshing, and have good absorption and cooling properties. This one doesn't have much cooling sensation, and the liquid inside is more like a serum or essence, which I found a bit oily, heavy, and not easily absorbed, leaving a sticky feeling. While it didn't cause any breakouts, it seemed to be more effective for redness and heat relief, possibly due to the cica ingredient. Overall, it's a good product, but it just didn't suit my personal preferences.
