Pros
Great things! - I have sensitive skin and usually break out when using any product, but this product didn't cause any breakouts at all! - I'm sensitive to fragrances, but this product has no scent whatsoever!
Cons
Disappointing things! - After cleansing with this product, my skin feels a bit slippery(?) (So I have to use a cleansing foam once more to get a thorough clean ㅜㅜ)

Pros
I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and tried it out, and it was so much better than expected that I'm leaving a review! First of all, it comes with a built-in spatula, so it's hygienic. The subtle lavender scent is also nice (though this is just my personal preference). When you scoop out a spoonful and roll it on your face, it creates a nice lather and can gently exfoliate. It also removes makeup very well! After massaging it on for a few minutes and rinsing with water, it turns an opaque white as it emulsifies and washes away. While I can't verify it myself, it's said to even wash away ultrafine dust. On days with terrible weather like these, it leaves you feeling refreshed and clean!
Cons
This is the first time I've tried a balm-type cleanser, and the slightly slippery texture feels unfamiliar, so I double-cleanse with soap. While rinsing thoroughly with water may clean it just as well, I personally prefer the squeaky-clean feeling. Other than that, it's the perfect product for me.
Tip
If you do a thorough cleansing routine with this the night before a wedding, followed by a face mask, your makeup will apply beautifully the next day. 👍🏻

Pros
The fact that it can solve all cleansing needs in one product. It's really convenient and great. Since I have dust allergies, I've been careful with cleansing anyway, and it's good that it's all taken care of in one step. It even removes point makeup all at once!! It washes off cleanly since it's a creamy type, and I like the smooth, moisturized feeling after use :) But this aspect might be divisive ㅎㅎ I don't do a second cleanse separately because I like this feeling.
Cons
1. At first, since the creamy cleansing gets washed off, those sensitive to physical stimulation might find it burdensome to use daily. 2. Sticky feeling after use. I personally prefer an oily feeling, so I like it, but those who prefer a squeaky-clean feeling might need to do a second cleanse. 3. The price.. ㅎ It's a good product, but a bit expensive ㅎㅎ
Tip
I'm also sensitive to physical stimulation, so I used it daily for the first 10 days or so, and now I use it every other day. This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. I've used the Vanilxx cleansing balm product before, and this one has a less irritating and more moderate scent, which I liked. It also feels smoother and more spreadable, with a frozen milk-like texture. The amount is huge, and the spatula makes it easy to scoop out just the right amount.
Cons
Due to the balm-like texture, even with thorough rinsing in lukewarm water, there's a slight residue left, so I had to do a second cleansing with a foam cleanser. Personally, I prefer a more thorough cleansing, so I had to be extra careful when rinsing this product.

To be honest, I won the prize out of the blue... This is really a big deal ㅠ I have sensitive skin, so I'm very careful and thorough when it comes to cleansing, but... The products I use generally have mild ingredients, but my eye makeup doesn't come off (that's why I don't use gel eyeliner). This time I bought a gel eyeliner (somehow) but it still doesn't come off easily, so I have to use an eye makeup remover to wipe it off. You have no idea how annoying it is to do this after work... But this really wipes it off in one go!!! And after using it, my skin doesn't feel tight. It's really good..!!! I'm going on a trip this time ~ I was going to pack tissues for the plane (liquid carry-on restriction, afraid it might leak in the suitcase) but I changed it to this.
