💚 Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review💚 I'm a casual user and I started testing it when I had a slight breakout on my forehead :) Personally, I really love bubble toners. Among the bubble toners I've used, this one is the most bouncy. I was surprised when I first pumped it out. The reason I like this bubble toner! Compared to the watery type that just flows down or the runny serum-like type, the application is much more satisfying. When I massage it in with a rolling motion, the bubbles feel so good. The breakouts haven't completely subsided, but I can see improvements day by day. There's a noticeable difference between when I first tested it and now. My skin has become much calmer, and when I look in the mirror, I can feel that my skin has become more supple. I used it morning and night. First, I would soak a cotton pad and do a gentle cleansing, then I would generously apply it to my cheeks and forehead for a second layer. (You can even do up to 3 layers without feeling sticky or suffocated.) After that, I would apply the ampoule and moisturizer..💚 My skin texture is getting better :) I liked it so much that I immediately bought the large size. I also purchased the new Tropical toner.
Cons
As a 140ml product in the 30,000 won range, it is quite pricey for a toner. I'd recommend buying the large size. If you have very dry skin, you shouldn't purchase this thinking it will provide a lot of hydration. This is truly a cica bubble toner. It has decent hydration, but not as much as a typical hydrating toner.
Tip
You can also use it as a sheet mask by soaking a cotton pad with it. 💚

♥️One-Week Review with My Husband♥️ I have a dry, dehydrated skin type, and my husband has an oily, acne-prone skin. Since our skin types are so different, we usually have a hard time finding a lotion we can use together. But this time, we tried it together. To cut to the chase, we're so satisfied! It's so bouncy!! My husband even used the word 'bouncy' to describe the feel of his skin, gently patting it.^_^ *Texture In one word, it's bouncy. I don't like the watery, dripping texture, but this one comes out as a foam and sticks to the hand, so there's no worry of it dripping down. When I spread it on my face, it just bounces and adheres nicely. It's like 'stick, then bounce!'^^;;; That's why my husband loved how bouncy it is~ *Hydration Despite its lightweight feel, it's packed with moisture. I have such a dry skin that the toner alone makes it feel tight, but I almost forgot to apply the cream because my skin felt so hydrated! Of course, it's not enough on its own in this cold weather, but it does a great job prepping the skin for the cream. For my husband's oily skin, it was perfect. Just one layer leaves his skin matte and supple, which he loved. *Texture It's so smooth. I think the foaming pump plays a big role in this. The smoothness enhances the bouncy feel, and when you gently rub it, the foam melts into a liquid. But it still spreads evenly and absorbs nicely into the skin - it's one of the best in terms of texture that I've tried so far.

Pros
The spreadability is very smooth and easy to apply. The absorption seems a bit low at first, but if you keep patting it, a moisturizing film forms as it adheres to the skin. I have dry skin and it usually gets worse in the winter, where even moisturizing creams don't seem to help. But with this product, there's no tightness even after just applying the toner after cleansing! And after applying, my face looks radiant. My face really does have a glow to it~ The volume seems average, and I think it's suitable for dry skin types.
Cons
I think it might not be suitable for oily skin types. Since the coverage is good, it would probably work better for dry skin.
Tip
You only need to apply it once, but on days when I'm wearing makeup, I first wipe my face with the Dokdo Toner, then apply the Cica Bubble Toner before putting on the moisturizer!! The product has a foamy texture, which makes it very spreadable and easily absorbed. It's much more comfortable and better to apply than a regular toner. Most importantly, it's gentle, so I can use it with complete peace of mind. I found that the Cica Bubble Toner alone provided sufficient hydration for me.
