Pros
Just squeezing out one bubble and rubbing it on makes you feel the moisturizing effect. You don't really need ampoules or essences.
Cons

When I first massage the lather, there is a moist feeling that penetrates the pores. The bursting lather feels refreshing and crisp.

I was selected for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program and am leaving a review! It's been a while since I was selected for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer, and this is the first time I've used the bubble toner. As soon as I pressed it, the bubbles that came out felt a bit like a foam cleanser, and since they said it can be used as a skin toner, it felt a bit unfamiliar but also fun! However, the bubbles aren't as dense as a foam cleanser - they're more like the kind of bubbles you'd find in a feminine hygiene product, where they dissipate quickly when you rub them. But they don't disappear immediately either - the bubbles turn into a liquid as you massage them in. Since it's called a 'cica bubble toner,' it gives a sense of being healthy for the skin, and even though it's a bubble toner, it still seems to fulfill the toner's function of smoothing the skin and providing moisture. I felt it provided enough moisture, and it wasn't lacking in hydration like a water-based toner. And the scent... it's hard to describe, but it's kind of like an herbal or spice-like aroma that fits the 'cica' name. If there are no added fragrances, it's probably just the natural, healthy ingredients themselves. Overall, I can't really think of any downsides to this product, and it seems like a versatile bubble toner that anyone could use without feeling dry or greasy.

There's really nothing I'm particularly dissatisfied with, but if I had to nitpick, people who are really averse to effort might find the process of absorbing the bubble toner into the face a bit annoying. The bubbles don't disappear instantly, and you have to massage for a few seconds for them to dissipate. The price being the full retail price might also be a bit of a burden for some, but I think that's subjective.

It comes out in a foamy form, so it doesn't run even when applied to the face After applying, it feels moisturized like after using a serum As I have an oily complexion, just cleansing my face once with a light skin toner and then applying this product twice was enough to make my skin very moisturized I would recommend this to those with dry skin or dry oily skin in the winter

The amount seems a bit small I used it for a week and about 1/5 of it was consumed For an oily-skinned person like me who uses it twice a day, it might be a bit burdensome

The foam is very rich, giving a feel similar to a foam cleanser. However, it does take some time to fully absorb the foam.
