So I decided to get a convenient oil mist since my skin gets dry. I found one at Olive Young that was on sale and affordable, and it ended up being perfect for me. It's great to use as a basic moisturizer, spritzing it on whenever my skin feels dry. It also works well to spritz on after makeup for a dewy, hydrated look - I use it year-round except in the summer. It's not at all greasy, just the right amount of moisture. Other regular mists I've tried feel hydrating when first applied, but then my skin feels dry again after a couple minutes. But this oil mist really keeps my dry skin moisturized. I highly recommend this, especially for dry or combination skin types. It's affordable and doesn't leave a greasy finish at all!
ConsI'm really satisfied with this product - I've already used up one bottle and bought another one!! For dry skin types, it should work well in all seasons except maybe the sweatiest summer days. The scent is also nice! I think it's similar to the Neogen ampoule. Be sure to test it out and get it!
TipI spritz this on my skin whenever it feels dry. I first cleanse with a toner, then apply a hydrating essence or serum to really quench my skin, and finish with a spritz of this oil mist to seal in the moisture. The oil seems to help prevent that hydration from evaporating away. I recommend trying this mist as a final step in your skincare routine too - it's so good!
