While browsing mists at Olive Young, I was instantly drawn to the mention of an oil mist and decided to purchase it. The package also included an ampoule, which felt like a bonus, so I bought it. The oil mist leaves my face feeling moisturized and oily when sprayed, just like applying oil. For mists, the spray power is crucial, and I was pleased that this one sprays evenly without clumping. I've tried products that drip, but this one doesn't run and disperses well, though not quite as fine as a micro-mist. Overall, I'm satisfied.
ConsLike most mists, and this may vary from person to person, I feel the lasting power is lacking. It doesn't really solve deep dryness. Right after spraying, it feels moisturizing and oily, but once absorbed, my skin feels dry again, and the surface looks shiny. I can't tell if it's the oil or just my skin's natural oils showing through.
TipI don't use it as part of my skincare routine. Instead, I spray it on my sponge before applying foundation when doing my makeup. This makes my makeup application smooth and dewy, which I'm satisfied with. Spraying it throughout the day keeps my skin feeling hydrated.
