The packaging is in a shape I dislike. But when I open the lid and slap it onto my palm, it comes out refreshingly. I almost got angry if it came out like ant poop.

This is a great product to use lightly and cost-effectively. The price is incredibly affordable, so you can apply it generously and frequently. Especially when mixed with a drop or two of jojoba oil, it provides long-lasting hydration that is wonderful.

For my extremely dry skin, the moisture doesn't last long enough.

It's incredibly gentle, absorbs quickly, and doesn't feel heavy at all, yet it's not drying. It's the perfect lightweight lotion to use in the summer.

I was looking for a product with just enough moisture, as my combination skin with acne tends to get oily in the summer due to excess sebum production. The product name and the actual texture are both very hydrating!! When used together with the hyaluronic acid cream from the same brand, it seems to help control the dryness to some extent.
Cons
While this product is quite good, the satisfaction I felt from using the hyaluronic acid cream was so high that this felt a bit lacking in comparison. It's a bit more oily than the hyaluronic acid cream, I think. It seems to have a similar feel to the Simpler Lotion from Celinic.
Tip
Use it together with the hyaluronic acid cream!!

After applying, my skin feels incredibly moisturized when I touch it. There's a cool sensation on my skin! My severe dehydration was completely resolved, and I no longer feel any tightness or dryness.
Cons
It's too heavy... I usually apply a water toner, then aloe, and finally a lotion. Even after applying the aloe, I still felt like I hadn't put anything on. Then when I applied the lotion, it felt suffocating. It feels very heavy even when I apply it thinly. It's like my face is completely clogged up, and I'm worried it will cause more breakouts. I don't think I'll be able to use this in the summer...

After it's absorbed, patting the skin with your hands makes it feel plump and bouncy, like a moisture-filled puff. In the morning, I apply this lotion right after cleansing, followed by the hyaluronic acid cream from the same line. The lotion provides a good base, and the cream acts as a protective barrier, so my skin doesn't feel dry even when I apply a mineral sunscreen. In the evening, I double-cleanse and just use this lotion, which effectively tackles dryness without leaving a heavy or stuffy feeling, so my skin feels comfortable.
Cons
I wish the hyaluronic acid skin toner came in a larger size, and that the packaging was a pump or tube format.
Tip
Scoop out an amount about the size of a 500-won coin and apply it evenly to each area of your skin. If the lotion gets stuck around your nose, use your fingernails to gently remove it. Leaving it there could risk causing blemishes.

I have sensitive skin. But these days, with the changing seasons, it gets so dry that I have a lot of breakouts and it's itchy and agonizing. But I happened to come across the Hwahae app and decided to try it out. I'm cursed with sensitive skin that always breaks out when I change products, but this product line didn't cause any of that at all. Amazing!!!!! It's not a thick, creamy formula, but more of a watery (?) thin lotion, but it seems to do its job well ㅎㅎㅎ Oily lotions just make my skin feel greasy on the surface without really moisturizing deep down, but this product has a lightweight formula that still deeply hydrates. I'll continue to trust and use this product faithfully going forward!!
