It even seems to improve deep dryness.
ConsThere's not really anything disappointing about it, except maybe that it tends to run a bit?

While the toner is quite rich, I expected the emulsion to have an even thicker consistency. Surprisingly, it's a very fluid white cream. I was worried it might not layer well over the toner, but upon application, I found its hydrating power to be superior to other thick emulsions. As someone with extremely dry skin, I discovered that applying two layers of this product works better for alleviating deep dryness than using a combination of emulsions and creams from other brands. For best results, I recommend using about a fingertip's worth of product mixed with 2-3 drops of the 'Hyaluronic Acid 1% Activator' from the same line. This method has dramatically improved my deep dryness issues. I can't believe I spent the past year trying countless expensive products to address this problem. If you have combination dehydrated skin with severe deep dryness, I strongly urge you to try this product - it's truly a game-changer!
ConsThere aren't any significant drawbacks, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the watery texture makes it a bit tricky to mix with the activator in your palm without it running off. However, this isn't really a major issue.
TipIt seems the most cost-effective way to purchase Scinic products is through social shopping apps. They often have great discounts on 11st.

The ingredients and value for money are excellent, but I'm on the fence about repurchasing. If they change the packaging, I'd be more inclined to buy it again. 1. The ingredients are great. The formulation is relatively simple, and there are no harmful components. 2. It's affordable. I bought it on 11st for around 8,000 won. 3. It contains 5 types of hyaluronic acid. This trendy ingredient is included in both low and high molecular weights.
Cons1. The container isn't very hygienic. As shown in the photo, the inside of the lid has a yellowish tint. It's been like that since I started using it, which makes me uneasy. 2. It's difficult to control the amount dispensed. This is a major drawback. The product flows out too quickly, making it very challenging to dispense the right amount. 3. It feels oily. After applying it before bed, my skin feels greasy the next morning. If you use it at night, you definitely need to cleanse your face in the morning.
TipIt has a runny emulsion texture, so it's best applied with a cotton pad using patting motions.

While the same brand is known for its mild skin line, this one has an even more watery texture (it actually drips when you pour it on the back of your hand) and absorbs even faster. Personally, I think it's ideal to hydrate up to the emulsion stage and then seal in the moisture with cream~oil, so I love that this product is oil-free and full of hydration. I think it's perfect for summer when excess oil feels heavy and the sun tends to dehydrate your skin.
ConsControlling the amount is extremely challenging... As you can see in the photo, the texture is quite runny. It seems they tried to design the bottle opening for easier control, but honestly, a shake-to-dispense bottle would have been better... Sigh... Tilt it slightly and nothing comes out, shake it and it explodes out... Sigh... But I'll give it a pass because even if you layer the exploded emulsion all over your face, it doesn't feel sticky and absorbs completely.
TipIt works even better when used with the activator that comes with it. It also has a soothing effect, so on hot days or when you're experiencing redness, applying a thin layer helps calm the skin quickly.
